Service was fast and friendly.
Parking adequate.
Restrooms have hand air dryers.
Toilets self flush now and may or may not work.
No extra napkins or straws.
You have to ask for them now.

The employees should know that we can hear you talking in the drive thru even if you have the window closed. I went around 7am (4/7/22) and the lady at the first window was making comments about my clothes and weight with the window closed thinking I couldn’t hear her. I’m pregnant. This isn’t okay. I was nice the entire time and am always nice to food workers. The way I was talked about was disgusting.

I went through drive thru and ordered a Large Carmel Frappe with extra Carmel syrup and chocolate syrup. I asked for them to drizzle the extra syrup inside the cup.(because last time the just put it on top of the whip cream and charged me extra)
I received:
1 large Frappe
1 cup of Carmel syrup
1 cup of chocolate syrup
Couldn't help but laugh when the kid handed it to me.
Still gave them three stars because at least they tried. Lol

15 nursing home orders. Forgot the fries. Had to drive back. Manager made right. Shouldn't have forgot them on the first place

Be careful because I went to the McDonald's Louisville drive-thru a couple days ago and I literally watched employee lick the spoon and put it back in the cup poor customers never eating there again
