Sloowww service 💯. 🤔😳 Can we go back to pre panandemic when the customer could get FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE. 🤔😳 The stores use to have 15 second timers for great FAST FOOF, FAST AND HOT, . Now, post pandemic, the dinning rooms remain closed and the drive thru wrapped around the building. The store will have 5 workers inside and it takes 20min ,at least, per car😳🤔 HOW ARE SOME OF THESE WENDY'S, MCDONALD'S, RALLY'S AND WHITE CASTLES STILL OPEN WHEN THEY ONLY SELL $35HR IN FOOD AND 5 EMPLOYEES ON THE CLOCK AT $14HR PER PERSON 🤔 MY MATH SAY THEY LOSE MONEY HIRING SLOW LAZY WORKERS AND NOT OPENING THE DINNING ROOM. THEY ALSO LOSE MONEY BECAUSE THEY DON'T MAKE ANY FUNDS FOR THE UTILITIES ,RIGHT..SMH PUT THE 15 SECOND TIMERS BACK. FAST FOOD SHOULD BE FAST AAND HOT NOT SLOW AND COLD WITH MELTED MILKSHAKES 💯🙄

Had Grub Hub delivery! Order arrived on time without utensils,plates short 1 cookie, and no sauces as I had several ordered. I tried to call to report, but no one answered. The call went straight to automated, answering, stating that they weren't available call back later. Last time, they didn't include items as well. I was hoping the service would have improved but was lacking as well. Since this wasn't our 1st rodeo I won't be trying for the 3rd time.
