On this particular visit employees were participating in a strike due to union issues and my niece and I who visit this establishment regularly were asked not to go in however we did and the gentleman was offering drip coffee free for customers not our regular order but we did appreciate the service and his attitude was excellent we will continue to get our coffee there

Kentuckiana loves Sunergos and shops are always hopping. I love the coffee here. Their lattes are superb - better than the big chains by a landslide because the beans are roasted so well (esp. caramel lattes). We get bags of beans to use at home and I don't understand how people can pick a favorite - they are all so good. Beans are always fresh, fragrant, and top-notch. We've had excellent service every time we've visited as well. We like the casual feel to the stores.

As far as I understand, this was rated not only the best coffee house in Louisville, but indeed the United States. I would not expect instantaneous service- as it is very popular, but any wait is WELL worth it.

Love the cozy vibe in the shop,and my Caramel Latte was amazing. This was my first coffee I've ever had with coffee art. It was so pretty 😍

I love love love this coffee spot! I stop almost every morning before work and get the hot white chocolate mocha. The staff is always super friendly and quick service.

Don't sleep on Sunergos! I moved away from Louisville but still order the coffee shipped to my house. Their seasonal and single origin beans are cheaper AND tastier than local and even national coffee roasters- who typically charge double the price per pound. Looking at you Verve!

Sunergos doesn’t disappoint! Tried their espresso and a Bolivian roast that was just tasty on a Redeye. If you want some good coffee give it a try; this place is now part of my top 3 in the country. Espresso served with spoon and soda chaser in a wooden tray, regret not taking a picture but was just about when I had the opportunity to visit their roasting room and that was enough distraction for a photo. Thank you Deeds for a great experience, you guys are amazing!!

Found this place when I was in the area for the weekend. Ordered a red eye black. Took a bit to get it ready (felt like 10 minutes at least) but it was very good. Came back the next day for a cold brew. Much quicker service this time. I would definitely stop again if I was in the area.

Sunergos is my favorite coffee place in Louisville. Definitely the best coffee. The food choices are limited but what they have is always great. The cold brew tastes spectacular.
