I understand why people get frustrated with the staff. Order placed at curbside kiosk, pulled up and was greeted by a very happy, professional cashier. Asked for receipt, said printer offline and that it would print at pickup window. Pulled forward and I was given my order and I again asked for a receipt. Immediately I was told I should have asked for it at the cashiers window. I explain what was told to me at the cashiers window. She apparently had no idea that there was a problem with the printer. She relayed this info to another person (manager??) And this person produced a receipt for a cash transaction, my order was paid for by card. Once again I'm holding up the drive thru lane just to get my receipt. Eventually receipt was produced for me. I must say that even though this was frustrating, I remained calm. Perhaps I'm the only customer that requests receipts, but I doubt it. Manager could have informed staff of printing problems and they could be aware.
Only purchased a hot fudge sundae. Service was good and the sundae was a good snack. We will come back. Mc Donald's does not offer gluten free choices so we eat other places.
Super quick service and my food was hot/fresh. I honestly didn’t expect to get through the drive-thru so quickly but it was a great experience.
What an amazing fast food breakfast experience. The McGriddle was hot and perfect. The service was fast, polite and efficient! Hands down the best McDonald’s in Louisville!
Near closing time tonight. The best McDonald's I've been to in a very long time. Perfect fries and Big Mac, fast service and friendly staff.
Went in for a snack. Found it is getting harder to place your order with a person. They want you to use the kiosk to order. I am not against self-service. I just think they should lower their prices since I am doing part of their job for them. After all, shouldn't I get paid then, too?
The food is fresh when I come here. Just make sure to check your bag before you leave to make sure you have everything you ordered.
I bought two Deluxe crispy chicken sandwiches,(one for me and one for my husband) brought them home and one chicken patty was a lot smaller then the other chicken patty. I've had the chicken sandwich before and the chicken was larger then the bun.
From day one I could tell the franchisee owner was engaged and serious about what she does. She was there practically all day, approached guest and greeted everyone with a smile. They were well staffed from the beginning and I'm sure everyone can agree the only reason for issues with service at any McDonald's is a direct result of new employees being thrown to the wolves so to speak, in order to keep the doors open. So needless to say, a good workforce starts from the top ironically, and as long as it effectively trickles its way down to the entree level, all things work as smooth as the ice cream machine on a good day!
Excellent service . The golden arches are as golden as ever !!! Love the buttery chicken sandwich!! Crispy nuggets and sodas are always fresh !!! Great prices too !!! There French Fries are still the best anywhere !!! Great for families !!! Also the shakes are delicious and I love the sundaes. Fun times at McDonalds restaurant indeed
