Review Mcdonald's - Louisville

I understand why people get frustrated with the staff. Order placed at curbside kiosk, pulled up and was greeted by a very happy, professional cashier. Asked for receipt, said printer offline and that it would print at pickup window. Pulled forward and I was given my order and I again asked for a receipt. Immediately I was told I should have asked for it at the cashiers window. I explain what was told to me at the cashiers window. She apparently had no idea that there was a problem with the printer. She relayed this info to another person (manager??) And this person produced a receipt for a cash transaction, my order was paid for by card. Once again I'm holding up the drive thru lane just to get my receipt. Eventually receipt was produced for me. I must say that even though this was frustrating, I remained calm. Perhaps I'm the only customer that requests receipts, but I doubt it. Manager could have informed staff of printing problems and they could be aware.

Only purchased a hot fudge sundae. Service was good and the sundae was a good snack. We will come back. Mc Donald's does not offer gluten free choices so we eat other places.

Super quick service and my food was hot/fresh. I honestly didn’t expect to get through the drive-thru so quickly but it was a great experience.

What an amazing fast food breakfast experience. The McGriddle was hot and perfect. The service was fast, polite and efficient! Hands down the best McDonald’s in Louisville!

Near closing time tonight. The best McDonald's I've been to in a very long time. Perfect fries and Big Mac, fast service and friendly staff.

Went in for a snack. Found it is getting harder to place your order with a person. They want you to use the kiosk to order. I am not against self-service. I just think they should lower their prices since I am doing part of their job for them. After all, shouldn't I get paid then, too?

The food is fresh when I come here. Just make sure to check your bag before you leave to make sure you have everything you ordered.

I bought two Deluxe crispy chicken sandwiches,(one for me and one for my husband) brought them home and one chicken patty was a lot smaller then the other chicken patty. I've had the chicken sandwich before and the chicken was larger then the bun.

From day one I could tell the franchisee owner was engaged and serious about what she does. She was there practically all day, approached guest and greeted everyone with a smile. They were well staffed from the beginning and I'm sure everyone can agree the only reason for issues with service at any McDonald's is a direct result of new employees being thrown to the wolves so to speak, in order to keep the doors open. So needless to say, a good workforce starts from the top ironically, and as long as it effectively trickles its way down to the entree level, all things work as smooth as the ice cream machine on a good day!

Excellent service . The golden arches are as golden as ever !!! Love the buttery chicken sandwich!! Crispy nuggets and sodas are always fresh !!! Great prices too !!! There French Fries are still the best anywhere !!! Great for families !!! Also the shakes are delicious and I love the sundaes. Fun times at McDonalds restaurant indeed

Quick breakfast was consistent (which is what you want from McDonald's) and service was friendly. Was rushed so didn't pay attention to details. Restaurant served its purpose which is its purpose.

Went thru the drive thru and order 4 plain double cheese burgers got them regular fry were only half full had a wait on my fries which I don't mind I ask the lady at the drive thru window before she parks me for ketchup she gives me 3 I ask her for more and she slammed the window in my face so when the girls brings me my food I ask her and she was so rude and so disrespectful I even apologized and she just walks in an completely ignores me so needless too say I will not be going back too this McDonald's

Unfortunately this is it. I went there last night, March 14th, no lids for cups, no straws. When we finally got waited on, food came all wrong. they gave me 2 hamburger happy meals, even though I ordered one. One happy meal had a hamburger and chicken nuggets both in it. All fries were ice cold. the food tasted old. These people can't seem to work cohesively as a team. Their management apparently has no clue how to run a busy fast food restaurant. This isn't the first time I say I wont return here. But this is it. I will travel further down the road to the other McDonalds or go to the one at hubbards. This place NEEDS A TOTAL OVERHAUL. The employees need training in food organization, customer service and just using their heads to think. The management well , it is very lacking. Bye.

Went to the drive thru to get nuggets and a BOYS happy meal. Got nuggets, no sauce, and a GIRLS meal. Really ??? I mean it's not the end of the world but can you not even get the toy right???

Went threw drive thru. They didn't give me a reciept. I asked for no cheese because i can't eat cheese. The fries were cold and soggy. I didn't check it till I got down the street. I returned to be greeted with an attitude. Then the manager quote on quote says this is ridiculous like it was my fault they screwed up my order. My suggestion is they should hire people with more common sense. I would go out of my way to avoid this place.

The absolute worst MC Donald's I have ever been to and I travel the country for my job so I've been to alot I ordered 2 sandwiches which I had to wait almost 20 minutes for only to have them completely wrong and have me ripped off for atleast 5 dollars on top of your cashier's arguing with customers every one in there was upset about something

I ordered one thing , and they couldn't even get that right.... and then was hateful about it.

One of the crew members ran outside as soon as we pulled in to let us know we cant park in the designated handicap parking spaces (we have the window hanger hanging from our rearview)that the store had blocked off because of a delivery was "on the way". The crew member then continued to speak very unprofessionally to my pregnant wife asking "do you want to fight?" (my son is also sitting in the back seat) and i proceeded to ask her "what her name was", then informed her ill be filing a complaint with McDonald's and she then said "I'm not giving you my name". I walked in to get the food even though she walked in as well commenting "dont give him my name" to the employees behind the counter. The actual manager came out of the office finally and asked "what seemed to be the problem?", so i replied "you have an employee that just tried to fight my pregnant wife for us parking in handicap spaces that were illegally blocked for her "delivery" and she refuses to give me her name so that i can make a formal complaint with McDonald's". I then canceled my 4 meal food order and only ordered drinks. I cannot trust someone to make my food if they are free to act in a manner that suggests something may happen to my food if they make it. I honestly havent been to a McDonald's since...please feel free to contact me about any of this something needs to be done...
