Excellent food, quick service and excellent ambience to chill out with friends and family. Staff is very nice and cooperative.
UPDATE: Moved from 2 stars to 4 stars. They've gotten new management and employees and it's been a huge improvement. PS: no longer work at Walmart... it's crazy there.
I work at Wal-Mart, so going here to eat breaks the monotony of eating food from the deli area and elsewhere. First, they don't take coupons (after several months they finally posted a sign). I've seen little to no hand washing, especially when taking off gloves to handle money and then taking their dirty hands and contaminate new gloves they put on... Also the bread is really, really chewy. I don't know if subway has changed recipes or they're not cooking it right, but it's awful. For those who care, they don't wear masks while making your food. If they ever see a friend, be prepared to wait an additional 5 minutes for your order. Note: this review is in response to several attempts to eat here. I think out of maybe a dozen times over the past year I've had 2 good experiences. That's 16%.... That's not good. I hope they improve because I do love their food, when made correctly!
Update 3/2/22: one of the workers comes back from, I think the restroom, and goes back behind the production line. He gets his apron and hat on and starts putting on gloves. Manager is standing right there.... I asked him to go wash his hands before he prepares my food. He says "ok buddy" and continues to talk to his manager in their native tongue, all the while he goes about taking the bread out for my order. Told him right there I changed my mind and I won't be back. The food is still subpar from other subway's, they still very much lack in customer service, and now we're adding health code violations. Nope I'm done. As long as this restaurant is still owned by their current owners or until there is a management shakeup, I would suggest not eating here!
Very friendly staff, fresh ingredients and good ambiance.
Sub was really yummy and staff really very nice and co-operative. You should try the Sub amazing!!!
They also have soft pretzels and popcorn
I would put 4 stars because I don't think that people who just spend a few minutes putting a sandwich together for you deserve to be tipped. i don't know if this is at all Subway's or not but I do know I've never been asked for a tip from any employee at a Subway, pre-Coronavirus. Also, never have I had a Subway turn away a coupon. That made me want to give 3 stars or less. But after a few more unwanted visits there due to proximity, i kinda got to know the people running it. I started thinking, hmm, coronavirus probably almost ran them out of business. They're not corporate owned. It's pretty much just that family who own and run it. They probably put everything on the line to buy a franchise in hopes of financial freedom, only to almost be defeated by a f-ing virus. do them and yourself a favor and pay patronage to these humble foreigners chasing after the American dream.

A member of my family who has a medical condition which has limited their independence is a regular customer at this Subway. Visits there are highlights of my relative’s day. Apparently, they know my relative well enough now that they begin the order when my family member walks in their door. This delights my family member. My relative talks regularly about how friendly and KIND the staff is. I am so glad this Subway is close enough that my relative can maintain some independence and frequent their store. I am grateful to these nice folks whom I have never met. They truly make a difference in the life of at least one of their customers.
We stopped by as we were passing through Louisville. The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating
