I love this location, a friendly, professional, and welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. The food be freshly served, drive through is always moving. I really appreciate the hard-working staff always going above and beyond to make sure you're well taken care of. 👍🏾
Drove through the drive thru, order was nice and hot! This was my wife first taste of White castle hamburger, she loved them. I've been in Florida for 18 years and they are still the best!!!!
Long line, order was wrong but the employees do their best to fix the mistakes made...I'm still eating here so what's that tell you lol
Food was hot and amazing. Best one I've been to for a long time.
It varies on who you get that's cooking your food. Sometimes it hot and ready to go. Other times it takes a lot longer and you have very grease dripping food.
Service is great but the food isn't always right. But still one of the best white castles in the ville.
Can't complain. The order taker was fabulous. It makes everything about your dining experience a plus when you have great team members. It was white castle and that's what we got.
Same as any other fast food place it all depends on the time of day and the crew working but this time it was great quick and good customer service!
Food was fine but service was slower then normal...way to slow and it wasn't even that busy. Been there plenty of other times when its been SUPER busy but didn't wait that long. Sat in drive thru with 2 cars in front of me that BTW only each left with 1 bag a piece for over 20 minutes! That unite it would be a shame to call it FAST FOOD!
White Castle was short on help & Trevor was the only worker , literally the only person we could see taking orders inside & for the drive thru, as well as cooking! Trevor had a great attitude & was nice as could be! Although the lack of employees makes the wait much longer, Trevor’s great attitude made it much better! Everyone should learn from his customer service!!
