Creme Brulee Ice Cream. - The Creme Brulee is one of our favorites. We end up getting a pint or quart and keep it on hand fairly regularly. I am not crazy about their pies that I have tried, however.
I have always had great experiences with this location but I never thought about having them do a themed birthday party cake. I had only bought cupcakes and pies before. I was thrilled with how my cakes turned out and they were both delicious I did not have any leftover cake and many asked me where I got them. Thank you Shelby for making my kids' birthdays very special!
I have always loved the pie kitchen. The almond coconut fudge ice cream is literally the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted in my life. And the sugar cookies are so soft, with the perfect amount of icing. With the cutest designs! My love for the pie kitchen has been a long-running affair. But recently, I went to the pie kitchen with a hefty order: 150 upside-down cupcakes in six different flavors for my wedding day. Let me tell you, I could not be more impressed with how they turned out. Not only did they survive the trip down the Bowling Green, but they were absolutely scrumptious!! All of our guests kept saying how tasty they were. I have always loved the pie kitchen, and I didn’t think my love for them could grow. After the wonderful experience my guests and I had, I will surely be returning for many years to come. Thank you!!
Our kids love this place. The go to spot for ice cream and frosted cookies for them. I like to try whatever is on their discount table or if nothing is there, you cannot go wrong with the caramel apple pie. Service is always friendly and the ice cream flavors frequently get swapped for seasonal favorites.
Literally has the best chocolate milkshakes ever! They taste just like the ones I would make at home during my childhood. The cakes and pies look delicious, and every ice cream flavor my boyfriend ordered, he seemed to thoroughly enjoy (flavors being: smurf, birthday party, peanut butter and jelly, strawberry fudge, and raspberry fudge). The only downsides I’ve seen is the cleanliness of the booths and outside area and the price. A slice of pie/cake is $5...I know they are fresh, but that is hard to do for a piece of pie when I can get an entire one at the store for $7-$8. Of course, these are FRESHLY made. the staff was always friendly, but I do feel they are understaffed. One time I went in, and there was a line with only one worker.
We had cupcakes and ice cream both of which were very good. We did however make the mistake of eating inside. A hodgepodge of furniture, poor lighting, boxes stacked in front of the menu, loud equipment, broken or unused display cases all made for a fairly dismal dinning area. Make sure to get your orders to go.
Great desserts. All of them are on point in terms of taste and quality. Employees were polite and helpful, but a bit slow. It took about 5 minutes to get hot fudge on my I've cream, while I was the only customer.
By far my favorite ice cream place in Louisville. I always get Oreo and Birthday Party ice cream and they are both awesome. The Birthday Party has real chunks of birthday cake in the ice cream.
Very nice young lady, let me try many flavors. Ordered the pecan icecream and butterscotch cream pie. Pecan icecream and blue sherbert was good. Coconut cream pie, and the derby pies are good. Nice to come here with family.
2nd best ice cream in Louisville, some people don't like being second but cold stone is slightly better. Great staff very friendly and ever time I go they are very nice.

This place has always been a good go to for pie and ice cream. Not sure what has changed, but this place has recently become absolutely awesome. Maybe it is summer and ice cream and cake is happy food!
