Fazoli's

They prepare our orders correctly. They have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine. The staff were polite. 2023 Update: Well the service remains acceptable, they no longer have the coke freestyle machines which was a letdown. Also during our visit there are only two tables which actually had parmesan shakers on them, and we had to hunt for the red pepper flakes. There were no forks available in the dining area, we had to ask at the counter to get the plastic carry out forks. Otherwise the staff was still polite and helpful. They were fairly busy today and we're managing pretty well. Note: they now serve Pepsi products

Had lunch here with my granddaughter today. She had chicken, broccoli Al Fredo, she loved it. I had a classic sampler. Very good. More than I could eat. The bread sticks were hot and dripping with garlic butter. 😋 The service from the young lady taking orders until we left was excellent. We will be going back.

We hardly ever have fazzolis because the ones near us are horrible(horrible staff, food is never good over bad experience every time you go) but we were in the area visiting friends and stopped at this location and we were so impressed and so happy! Food was wonderful, place was clean and the staff was really busy we even heard someone training someone in the kitchen and it sounded really professional. I am assuming the younger guy with glasses wearing a black shirt was the manager… he was so AWESOME! So fast! Clearly a good worker! When there wasn’t customers he was busy cleaning and was so friendly! Side note: we did see someone in the kitchen take their hat off and scratch their head for a solid 2 mins then proceed to touch plates with peoples food with those same gloves on lol pretty gross but I’ve definitely seen worse lol happy we were just waiting on a to go container at that point. We would definitely suggest this place regardless.
