They make the best latte in town, and the peanutbutter cookie was soft and delicious. Always a good experience at Paul's.
I love the decor and ambiance. The Honey Bear was oh so good. The espresso was smooth, the latte was perfect drinking temp, and it was not overly sweet. Will be back every day until I leave colorado.

Such a little hidden gem. The barista was super friendly. The drink was delicious and the sourdough loaf was such a treat. I went late in the day so unfortunately they were out of pastries, but it was cool to see them making them for the next day right there in the front of the shop. I’ll be back to try some!
Great coffee in a tiny little space! Delicious earthy matcha. Fun house-made syrups including ube and honey lavender. Didn't get a chance to try their pastries as I was there at 10am on a Saturday but will be back. I believe it was the owner who was running the show and he was really impressive with his speed- we were fourth in line and hardly waited at all.
Read an article that the owner is moving to KC Mo (where I happen to be from) so I am a bit sad to hear that.

The best coffee shop/bakery in the area! Amazing sourdough. The BEST flaky pastries. You have to get there early to get your hands on them though. They sell out because it's so good! Thank you Brice and staff for creating such a friendly and welcoming place :)
Very very good. Cortado was the right proportion and had wonderful flavor. The pastries (a croissant bite with a yuzu curd and a cinnamon sugar roll) were fabulous. A new favorite.
This Coffee place is amazing! The guys there are so friendly and the Coffee is extremely good. The Croissants are like in Europe. Amazing!
