Chef Salad hubby brought home for me on Saturday night lacked most of the ingredients that were supposed to be in it. Indive or other strange greens, a few tomatoes, and very few onions are all that it consisted of. No eggs, cucumbers, green peppers, etc. Very disappointed.
Great sandwich! Got the classic with the stuff I wanted on it. It was stuffed full of meat. Got the whole wheat bread. Fresh everything. This was at lunch. Had a long day and craved another, so dinner too. Puts the other sub sandwich places to shame. There is only one location in louisville. Didn't know that.
Exceptional Value. I live close to Lenny's and get a large deluxe club for lunch on Monday and continue to eat the sub for my next 3 meals. The meat is piled by the handfull straight from the slicer. Fresh meat, fresh bread, fresh toppings are the norm. Have enjoyed every visit. Lenny's is one of the best valued subs in Louisville.
Lenny's is great value for the money. Everything is so fresh and staff is very friendly. No more subway for us!!
Pretty good. Fresh sandwich. Quality meat and a large portion. Not the wimpy, paper thin deli meat like subway. I will be back!

VERY GOOD SANDWICH. I am glad Lenny's finaly came to Louisville. I have eaten there for years while travling for business to Memphis. They are very popular down there and for good reason. The food is fresh, quality is good, and portions are big. If you are feeling like subway or any other sandwich eat it they dont compare.

I used visit Lenny's frequently when we lived in Michigan. Finding a Lenny's when we moved to Louisville was a very pleasant surprise. I'd told my wife about Lenny's before and when I said we should go there for lunch, she said “YES, after hearing you talk about it so much!”
Lenny’s has an impressive menu offering, with Deli subs, Grilled subs, and salads. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and were the only customers. Up to the counter we went to place our orders. This was my wife’s first visit, but I knew what I wanted from the moment we decided to go: The Italian Deli Sub. The Italian sub is a staple of almost every sub shop on Earth, but my favorite is Lenny’s because of the topping and the Italian dressing. I don’t know why, but theirs just tastes…better.
Lenny’s also has something that a number of sub shops seem to have forgotten about: Hot sandwiches. Specifically, the French Dip. I didn’t get it this time, but it’s my order item for my next visit.
It wasn’t until I was at the counter that I realized one of the things that I missed in over 5 years was something made Lenny’s a favorite of mine: Their Red Pepper Relish. This stuff is #amazeballs, and adds a nice *zip* to whatever you add it to. You can also purchase a jar of it to make your own culinary creations #amazeballs.
Our service for this visit was very fast and pleasant: then again, we were the only customers. . The order taker gave my wife advice on what she wanted, and food delivery took less than five minutes. The restaurant was very clean, is colorfully decorated, and well maintained.
This was a great First Visit, and we’ll be back again. I was very surprised to see only one Lenny’s in the entire area, and that made me sad. It really is a great sub shop.
This place was a little under whelming. The sandwiches were slightly better than Subway and the prices weren't too bad, we got three 5" subs for around $15. Just don't know that I would go out of my way to eat here. Maybe if they baked their own bread or did something unique.
Had Lenny's for the first time and found the flavors and freshness are much better than Subway at nearly the same price. In particular, I recommend checking out any specials--we were able to get a 5" sub combo for a little over five bucks... In the fast food world, the five-dollar benchmark is almost never achieved with a hot sub sandwich combo, so I consider that a great value.
I wouldn't say that Lenny's is my favorite sub, but I would rate it between Jimmy John's and Jersey Mike's... Saying a lot considering the price difference!
Great food made to order and fresh. The time you wait for the food is worth it! I had the Philly cheese steak hoagie style with the hot pepper relish, which was a bit overpowering for me, but that's just my taste. If you're into hot stuff, you won't be disappointed.
Great subs and the staff is extremely friendly. Meats and toppings are quality ingredients. A little in the pricey side, but not much more than any other quality sandwich place. They're Philly cheese is excellent.
I was looking for something different...not fast food and came across Lenny's. Their sandwiches are really good! Try a cold one the "Lenny's way". Yum. Good food at a good value if you're looking for sonething outside the normal burger and fries joint. They have hot and cold subs. Friendly service. Would definitely go back!
If you're tired of Subway and Jimmy John's give Lenny's a try. First time in Memphis and I'm hooked. I had their Philly Cheese steak and it was an absolute treat. I like it so much I wish we had one back in Chicago. Do yourself a favor visit one if you're ever in the area, you won't be disappointed.
Haven't been for a few years. Servers and management appeared to be in a good mood and were engaging and friendly. The philly cheesesteak I ordered was made how I like it. Will return.
Food was hot, fresh, and amazingly delicious. Staff was incredibly kind and patient with us as we had never been there before and took the time to explain things to us when we had questions. Staff really went above and beyond to serve us and it was very touching.
I had the 7 1/2" Philly Cheesesteak and it was good. I had it with just the steak, onions, and white American cheese, but they allow you to add other garnishes. The white bread it came on was very good. I think it could have been better with some roasted bell peppers, but I still enjoyed it. There was a good amount of steak. $6.99.
