Toppings taste fresh and are cut to an easy to eat size. Could have used another 5 minutes in the oven. Service was good for being shirt staffed. Mozzarella sticks were great. The crust on our pizza was bland. The sauce was good.
Picked up a pizza when I first moved here. It was next to a cigar shop, and their owner recommended it. For what is basically a bar and pizzeria they do a good pie. I’m a simple pepperoni man. In context to where it is, it’s. 5/5 stars, but in context to the best pizza I’ve had, it’s only 4/5 stars, but that saying a lot.
I'm a really tough critic when it comes to pizza and this place did not let me down. Somehow borromeos has avoided my radar for all the years I've lived In Louisville until recently and I'm glad I found it. The lasagna was honestly out of this world and as stated before the pizza was pretty spectacular. My only complaint was the pizza was a little light on sauce for my liking but that's a very easily fixed issue with just ordering extra sauce. I also tried the cannoli which was fantastic.
This is a locally owned pizza place, and it is great! If you go in, people are friendly and beer is cold. Pick up of pizza is great too!
Bartender/Waiter was very attentive and friendly. Rule number 1, never let drinks go empty, she was on it. Visiting for Louisville Pizza Week for the special and Pizza was fantastic. Food came out quickly, hot and fresh. Will definitely visit again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I went to dinner with my friends. We had a good time. The cinnamon sticks were the best I've ever had. The cheese sticks could have been in the fryer longer because the cheese wasn't melted. I had the barbecue pizza and it was delicious. My friends liked the Alfredo pizza and Lasagna. My other friend didn't care for her Alfredo. Two of my friends enjoyed draft beer.
Great pizza and appetizers plus a cool place hang out. Love to come here with my family to watch sports and play retro arcade games.
Food is delicious, made fresh verses in a warmer. Service is amazing.
