I had salmon and steak with broccoli. It was great. My husband had ribs and chicken tenders. His was great too. Sat in the bar. Our waitress/bartender had so much energy that she was flying from table to table. A really great experience. We were traveling so probably can't get back but would recommend it to anyone.
This is by far the best location I have ever had the pleasure of eating at!! The staff was amazing and the food was too! We had Megan, and it again was the best service I've had and as a waitress, I tend to be hard to please. I will definitely be returning next time we are in Louisville!
In the mood for beef and fish, I checked the internet and learned O'Charley's offered a sirloin and salmon combination dinner. The dinner included two side items and dinner rolls in addition to the salmon and sirloin. My sides were asparagus and a cup of chicken tortilla soup. The service was excellent and the food was good. For $21.99 I didn't expect a $70 dinner, but the sirloin was good and the salmon was grilled and tasty. Sometimes a bargain price can yield disappoinment, but I was not disappointed with my value dinner at O'Charley's. I noticed tiramisu is now a dessert option and I must get back to O'Charley's to sample their tiramisu as it is one of my favorite desserts.
My first time eating at this place and it was an awesome experience. The food was good, it stayed hot, after 15 minutes I had it in front of me. The dinner rolls are to die for. It’s like biting on cloud. Good place to dine!
We took our daughter here at her request to celebrate her baptism and I got to say it was decent. The food took a long time to get out but our server was great. Very friendly and very professional.(She didn’t need to even write our order down.) I liked it and would go back again. The chicken tenders and asparagus were fantastic
If you want the nostalgic throwback of a lifetime this O’Charley’s is for you. There was only 1 server on a Sunday afternoon but there weren’t a ton of people there so the service was fast and the potato soup taste just like you remember. This is November 2023 and this O’Charley’s is still definitely kickin.
Waitress was great! Food was delicious. My steak was a little under cooked. Wanted med rare and I think it winked at me but they cooked it a bit more lol.
Leiah helped me with my to go order. Fantastic taste balsamic grilled chicken with asparagus, sweet potatoes and those yummy rolls. They have free pie on Wednesdays, but I don't dine in. Thank you good service and food.
Very neighborly & you can find help anywhere ya look, especially if you are staying longer than a couple days. Location is great & 24_7 office staff if you need anything. STACY #1 & TY for always doing whatever it takes to make things right. You constantly go above and beyond to ensure all the guests are taken Care of. Seeing you everyday always working hard & with a smile on your face, is a delight everyday! They need to give ya a raise.
I'd like to edit my original post. The General Manager kindly called me and asked me to come back and try them again. I am SO glad we did! Friday night is the night to go! The bread was soft and sweet and nothing resembling a hockey puck. The appetizer was delicious as was our food, and the service was phenomenal! I'm going to keep my original post up so you can see what good customer service looks like! I could not be happier with how this was handled and we will absolutely go back soon! Thank you O'Charley's!
Absolutely awful. For the amount of money I paid, the food was obviously over cooked and microwaved. The potatoes were gluey and I made the mistake of ordering the breaded shrimp. My sons, who aren't picky at all, barely touched their food. The waitress was awesome, but the hostess was rude and pushy, and added something to my bill without my permission. We will NOT be going back.
Management was great, service was great... Food was was about equivalent to frozen stuff I make at home... but more expensive. 🤷🏼♂️
Also... Since when is 'loaded baked potato soup' just cheese soup with potatoes in it? 🤔
We came to this location early in the evening on 04/30/2023. While the traffic to get to this location was heavy, it was easy to pull into this location and park. We were seated promptly at the hightops in the bar area and greeted by our server. The food was very delicious, and our drinks stayed topped of during our dining experience. Since we were there prior to the evening rush, we were in and out within the hour of being seated.
