Meant to stop at another location in the mall and had to try this instead. My friend got the build your own burger with the black bean burger, vegetarian, and LOVED it. I got the My Old Kentucky Bourbon Burger, which wasn't the most impressive burger I'd had, but the sauce and burger were solid for the price. The fries were definitely fresh and fried right at the time of our order. Fries were perfectly seasoned and a large portion for the price. The Thai Aioli Smothered Fries were indeed smothered and hands down our favorite part of the meal. The staff was wonderful and helpful with our questions. We will definitely be back.
Always love this place. The burgers really are great. You're gonna wait a little longer than some of their fast serve neighbors, but it will be worth it. Don't be boring, try some of their more adventurous burgers and sauces. Also, their onion strings may be the best I've ever had and they pile them on.
For a little place in the mall food court, you can get a pretty good burger, made to order. All the food was hot and tasted pretty good. Only real issue is that they're located directly next to a Red Robin, however, although the prices are about the same you would definitely get your food faster at Freakin' and you wouldn't have to pay a tip to any wait staff.

You can't help but say the name of the restaurant when you bite into one of these burgers! NOTE: If you are trying to keep your girlish figure....they have great options. Juice running down your hand and face type of burgers here.
I had a great customer service experience! The owner (Marcus) was super helpful with making sure I got what I needed. From start to finish I have no complaints. And this burger??? Great customer service. The burger was delicious. The donut burger is a delight to my tastebuds. A must have if in the area, will make mall stops just to eat it.
I visit here often because the black bean burgers, Thai fries and sweet tea are really good. The staff is very nice. The wait time is my only issue most days.
