This review isn't about the food, or the atmosphere. It's for the ""best attitude award"". This is my second time coming to this location and each time I had the privilege of being served by the nicest lady in Louisville KY. Today I was even down on myself and just the way her body language was towards me, made me feel welcomed. And her sparkling attitude was amazing. She made my day. So thank you.

Wow! Not only ly was the food on point, the staff here was absolutely amazing. The gal with the cute nails went so over the top. Burger King is lucky to have such an extraordinary staff. They made us leave with smiles on our face. Wow! Just wow!

Came here for breakfast while traveling out of town and had a great experience. From the moment we walked in was greeted with smiles and courtesy. Shenika and other associates were so happy to help and made our day! Thank you for taking the time to be friendly it really makes a difference. Food was fresh and great too.

I was driving through Louisville and stopped at this Burger King. The guy who took my order (Nickieno) was awesome and just added a smile to my day with his happy attitude. I will definitely stop at this location every time I’m in the area. Fantastic job!

We rarely eat out, but have been to this location twice now. Both times, the cashier (Nic? I think?) was so cheerful and my children loved his energy. They kept commenting that he was really nice as we ate our meal. He was patient with my requests for changes to items, and I redeemed a mobile app offer. The dining area and parking lot were kept clean, the line moved quickly, and the rest of the staff in the back were also friendly when I came back to the counter with a question/request (I think I confused them with the customization request for my impossible whopper, but they were happy to help fix it and it took no time at all).

Did drive thru & was surprised with the amount of mustard loaded on my burger. I DIDNT ask for extra mustard. It was a simple order. I didnt eat my burger since it was swimming in mustard 😫
