Gave it a 4 because its a step above most every burger joint and we keep coming back. It's all about the toppings here; I'm not expecting kobe beef or anything, but still very tasty. Get this-fries and drinks refilled before you ask and before you run out! Nice.
Save room for dessert, they have these chocolate freckled brownie stick things that are served cold with berry sauce which are a fun ending.
This place was recommended by one of my friends who is in US from a long time. I wanted to try burger (Veg) so went to this place for it. There was a burger called Garden Burger which comes along with Veg patty and French fries. Taste was pretty good. Ambience was good and staff was courteous. Service guy really took special care to ensure that we get Veg stuff. All in good place to hangout with your family, friends, gf.
Red Robin is my favorite place to get a burger. They are always delicious. Seriously. I'm a picky burger eater.
And their ranch is great- take some with your fries!
The only thing that would make it better is if it wasn't so "family friendly". Not to be mean but, kids screaming or staring at you, running around, or parents asking if they "made a poopy" isn't the best dinner entertainment.
I dine here at least 6+ times a year. And every year for my birthday. I get the same thing every time. But regardless, it's amazing. Banzai burger with unlimited steak fries. And don't forget the freckled lemonade.
We love it! We drive to Louisville just to eat a guacamole and a banzai... Just wish there was one closer.
Red Robin in the Mall. This is a good Red Robin, especially if you want to shop afterwards. Their crispy chicken tender salad is still one of the best. We tried two of their appitizers, onion rings and jalapeno coins. The onion rings are nice size and crispy. The jalapenos are great with ranch dressing.
Yuummmmm.. Ate here a couple days ago with friends. Good food and great service. Very attentive and nice. The waitress said she had just moved here from California and that we were the nicest people that she had met. A good place to get a nice burger or my favorite, the buffalo tenders.
Overall enjoyable meal and service. Disappointed that our meals and appetizer came out at the same time. Special requests for burger preparation were done well.
Ordered the burger with jalapeño on it. It was good but NOT the best. I ordered it medium and it was kinda dry. I normally DONT leave food especially a burger on my plate but I left the last few bites. I also ordered the unlimited root beer float with more root beer than ice cream and it was amazing. Someone at my table ordered the garlic fries and I taste them and they were really Good. Put some butter on the bun and grill it on grill 😋 and maybe it will be better. For Red Robin to be a burger place I was expecting the juiciest burger EVER. Wait staff was really nice and attentive. She was new but very nice. Please stay that way 😊
I first time eating here, The food was amazing and unlimited fries are awesome too. Don't know our server's name but she so helpful and friendly, She keep our drinks filled and checked on us frequently. We will be back here sometime soon
Update: We visited again today and tried a few new things. Got some banzi boneless wings as an appetizer and they were great. I tried the Red's Double and it is now one of my favorites. The garlic fries and the mad love burger were not very appetizing.
Alrighty, we visited here for lunch today. We have been several times but I haven't reviewed it yet. Red Robin is always a great place to eat I've never had a bad experience here. Obviously they mostly sell Burgers but they do have other items on their menu. Besides the burgers being awesome, they give you bottomless fries or bottomless broccoli with them. Price is a little above average, but you do get great food portions. Or should I say bottomless portions. The atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly. For us, once we have stuffed our tummies, we go for a walk around the mall to burn off the food. We always have a good time and I highly recommend going here.
Pretty great restaurant. My son and I went there for dinner, and it was decently busy. Great food, including the pretzel bites. The only issues we had were our pretzel bites going to the wrong table the first time, but that was resolved along with being charged for both of them. Roxann was a great server!
Y’all!! BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER!!! Oh my goodness!! So we came through here on our way to Branson MO to see sight n sound, and we had to stop because we don’t have a Red Robin ANYWHERE near where we live. Let me just tell ya, the food came out PICTURE PERFECT!! I’ve NEVER seen a burger bun come out fluffy and perfect and the burger not dripping in grease… it was absolute perfection here! All our table’s food was delicious! We asked the server for recommendations of hidden gems to do before leaving the area, and not only did she give us some ideas, but another server on her way out the door after a shift did too, as well as the manager gave us some awesome diamonds in the rough things to do!! So excited!! And on top of the already excellent experience, the manager gifted us an Ice Cream Mountain dessert and some coupons for future use!!! WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Our visits to this restaurant is never bad. We had a waiter named Carly who took really care of us the only things I’d say would be to make sure your nails are cleaned because that’s the first thing people look for. Secondly, we didn’t get any utensils whenever we were seated but when we ask the host informed us that there wasn’t any cleaned.

Glad we came… the burgers were UMAMI!!! We ordered the Scorpion Gourmet Burger. It has fried jalapeño chips, pepper jack cheese and the burger was so juicy. Hubby got sweet potato fries, but kept stealing my garlic parmesan fries. Our waitress was attentive and prompt. Nothing to complain about. We will be back.
They are doing the best they can on limited staff and are honest about wait times up front. Food is pretty standard for a Red Robin. Service was really good.
The food is excellent! It's so great for a gluten free person to just go and get a hamburger and fries, with a bun and everything, just like other people do. We feel normal here! And everything is delicious!!!
