We visited this bar while in Louisville doing the bourbon trail. Good service and their Red beer was good. They have a cool 2nd bar and space upstairs, but it wasn't being used while I was there.
Nice highland spot. The menu is always rotating. Fresh and delicious. Really nice beer selections. They let you try a sample before committing to a new beer you are unsure of. Which I always appreciate. Friendly staff. Pretty narrow inside, but quite cozy. Defiantly recommend the bison burger.
I love this place and feel lucky to live two blocks from a neighborhood bar this good. The food is tasty, consistent, and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and competent. The only thing I don't like is knowing they'll be full up during dinner rush- - we have to decide in advance if we want to go, and get there earlier than we would usually eat, to be sure of getting a table. Have a Plan B if you go at peak times.
Have always loved me some Cumberland brews. The food is good and they have daily specials, which are also fantastic. The beer choices are limited, but I'm sure you will find something you will enjoy. If I can find something to drink, and i am a fan of sweet drinks, I'm sure you will find something that you will love. Always recommend this place to anyone who isn't familiar with it. Never a disappointment.
Good food and great beer! Jerk chicken sandwich is great! Onion rings were perfect! Fried at the right temperature so they're nice & crunchy! The service is excellent too!
The food is always Delicious. The best buffalo chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. The chili is also amazing. Their IPA is phenomenal but as of recent they aren't brewing it. Hope they bring it back.
The black bean nachos are a must! Also, the Thursday night steak and beer special is a great deal. I've never tasted a beer here that I didn't enjoy. There isn't much seating so I'd recommend getting there early before tables fill up.
Beers are pretty good - not great. The IPA was more than serviceable and was surprised to like the Cream Ale quite a lot.
Outdoor seating - we didn't venture upstairs to see the space up there, but friendly service.
Had one appetizer (queso dip), which was also good not great, but their menu seemed okay for bar food.
Beers are great. The upstairs is always really cool to hang out. I have eaten food here many times and its always pretty good. Bison burger and chili are on point. No liquor, but I dunno why you'd ask for that at a brewery. Always have a wide range of beer styles and flavors. A local staple
This is one of my favorite resturants in town, my wife and I go here at least once a week! Their food and beer are always very tasty, and they are always running food or drink specials. $12 Steak, potatoes, and a beer on Thursdays is a must try.
