Being Italian I'd say they are in the top 10 for quality, taste and value. A good all around home style feel. The bar is another story. Whatever your choice of alcohol "on the rocks" is a poor example of a good bar and drink. Every bar I've ever been in serves on the rocks in a rocks glass with ice and then poured to the top. They got rocks glass and ice part down. I'd say exactly 1oz. if that, trickled in to cover the glass bottom. Past that is considered a double. Check the bartenders handbook and poor a real drink. Single spirits neat or on the rocks is typically 2oz min. A real double is twice that.

The best Pizza that I have ever had! I challenge anyone to try the Giant Caruso's Pizza with five toppings and not love it. Every time I introduce someone to this pizza, they become regulars. The restaurant is open for outside dining and the service is excellent. My family and I have been going there for years. This pizza is worth the drive from Burbank. This really is the tastiest Pizza that I have ever tried. I highly recommend anyone to try it.

This is one of my favorite spots to go to and this is the reason: why my son is autistic, He's not a very picky eater more on the moderate side of eating things And Caruso has been the only restaurant we been to where he enjoys everything Big fan of the garlic bread and the pasta even the pizza with all his different toppings. keep in mind My son only likes to eat Little Caesars pepperoni so I was Astonished when he ate the pizza with me.. I've been there say 4 or 5 times already since I last discovered this place a year and a 1/2 ago It is quite a distance from where I'm from. I have a free time to make a trip I go out there. I'm a big fan of their Cadillac. Service is great even pre covid. I know a lot of restaurants I've been to precovid have not been doing well on the customer service side of things so I have not written any bad reviews Considering the lack of workforce And that most people just are being lazy right now. Caruso has been maintaining well on the customer service side

Decent Italian restaurant in Sunland-Tunjnga. Got their large pepperoni pizza and calamari to go. Pizza had good flavor but a bit greasy for my taste. The calamari was well seasoned and tasted good. Might try an Italian dish next time.
