Finally a Nicaraguan restaurant in the valley! Limited menu but they got the important stuff like fritanga, gallo pinto, and bajo. Their cacao needs to be watered and sweetened a bit more--it isn't close to being as good as El Nido's in LA. But they're new and they show a lot of promise! Valley Nicaragüenses gotta check it out!
