Great food! Great service! Family friendly Vintage decore makes this space warm and inviting. I had a wonderful meal for less than $20. My only disappointment is the CASH ONLY policy. ATM available.

Food and service that fight for top billing. Can't go wrong. On-site parking is limited, but plenty of street parking all around.

No frills, old school style diner. Omelettes were great and unbeatable prices. Omelette w potato's and toast is $11. Cash only.

Just absolute American breakfast heaven at this place. The chicken fried steak was to die for and the hot cakes perfectly prepared. Service was impeccable. The decor is exactly what you would expect from a timeless American breakfast place. By the way the coffee is bottomless too! Between two people we spent about USD$32 including everything. Not a bad price for LA for such a timeless restaurant. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Technically I've been driving around this area for 10 years because of the jobs that I've been going to which are near Santa Monica and Brentwood and I would always see this restaurant but I would never stop there. I mean I was always curious to try this restaurant but I never had any attempt of going. And then finally today me and my family decided to go and I'm so glad that we finally had the attempts of going. The food was delicious the food that me my mom and my dad mostly got was just plain simple we got a plain simple sandwich and a burger I got myself a nice tuna sandwich and it was amazing I was so in love with that sandwich that I didn't want to stop eating the sandwich because it was so good. The coleslaw was probably the best coleslaw that I've ever had in my entire life. But best of all we got the best staff service ever. The staff was very helpful very pleasant and they made our experiences be the best one. I also had a very delicious coconut cookie that I had was amazing and the hot chocolate and coffee that I had was delicious. I also love the 1950s theme of the restaurant I love how everything is just old school there's no computer on the cash register it's just a plain old regular cash register. The toy model cars that they have of the 1950s I love it there's even a picture of Lucille Ball. And oh the parking is free. this place has definitely won me over I am definitely coming back. ❤️❤️❤️ I highly recommend this to anybody who's coming to LA to check out teddy's cafe it's the best place of all

A delightfully quaint and eclectic hidden gem of a diner. The mis-match, hodge podge dining sets make it feel like you’re eating breakfast around grandma’s kitchen table. Charmingly set in the past, this establishment operates solely off an old-school cash register (so remember to bring your cash). As a cherry on top of the homey experience Sunday, Teddy himself is still there to serve you breakfast.

I've lived close to this place for so long and never tried it. I did my self a disservice by not going. The food is great, the service is great and all for the right price! I was shocked to see the prices. No other diner has service and food like this for the price. No wonder it's always so busy. Though the wait is very minimal. Would strongly recommend to anybody who loves breakfast food!

Consistently prepared Amercan comfort dishes. Appreciate the attention and pleasantness of wait staff and busboys. Equally pleasant prices. Note about coffee - Only milk or liquid kind of coffee mate. No half and half. ATM on premises.
