Need I say more? WOW. Came here on the recommendation of a client and holy moly it’s soooo delicious. We made 4 choices (blackened miso cod, toro hand roll, yellow tail hand roll, and picachu roll). I can’t imagine anything not being delicious on their menu. Perfect amount of food for 2 people. We also got 1 side of rice to share and 2 hot green teas. It’s very fresh and you can taste the quality of the ingredients and how much the chefs design their menu. Thank you for a meal we won’t forget! Ambiance is relaxed and unpretentious, staff is incredibly polite and really care about making your meal perfection.

Wow expensive but gooood! Try the white truffle thin spaghetti or the toro topped with caviar for a lifetime gustatory memory. Amazing service too. Discrete attentive professional.
Man this place has such great sushi. They respect the fish, and they go through great lengths to make sure the experience is perfect. The servers care about the customers as well, taking time to advise them and find out what they like. Clara really helped me out I hope you have the pleasure of working with her. Def come back again
The Sushi was very fresh and the service was outstanding. Prices were a bit high, but for the location it's what I'd expect. You can find equally good sushi in the city and valley at a lower price point, but I'd still return again. The great part was on a Saturday night you weren't rushed which is a nice change.

Sushi is so fresh, fresh as can be. Right out of the sea waters onto
your table. The Kaiseki dinners are always a good and tasty choice.
Shu restaurant is a great place to have dinner. The owner is extremely nice, the service is great, the food is delicious, and the environment is very calming. All the sushi i ordered came out looking amazing, and they all tasted fantastic. Their menu is great too, with a large selection of food to choose from. 10/10 would come again.
the best sushi I have ever tasted. you will find no other sushi restaurant like this one. the aura is fantastic and the staff is so caring and kind. the sushi there is the best in the country- I am not joking. this is one place that you would never forget, and in a good way!
Really excellent sushi, the small omakase was just the right amount. The waitress was knowledgeable about sake and took very good care of us. Even though I don't like to use this cliche phrase, it's seriously a hidden gem.
