This is hands down the best burger place I've been to. Lots of options to add into your burger, and the portions are huge. The ingredients always taste fresh and pleasing. I always have their birthday cake shake as well which is the best drink to accompany your burger.
Visiting some friends in Los Angeles and they brought us one day to have some burgers at this joint. Pretty unique place. They have lots of options and selections to choose from. Ordered our burgers. The wait wasn't that bad and we all very much enjoyed them. I would go again!
Great food and dining service. You can create your own hamburger, which is a great idea. The dishes we chose were very good. Loved the pesto sauce! Did not wait long for the food to arrive which is a PLUS!
Such a great hamburger spot. The already built burgers are great, but they do let you customize your own burger as well. The burgers feel light and not greasy at all. Not only can you choose between several different toppings but also different types of proteins and buns/breads. The shoestring fries are always recommended. They also have shoestring onion rings and sweet potato fries. Make sure to sign up and join their email list. I've gotten several coupons from them for buy one burger get another free. That's a super good deal considering their burgers are premium and can cost around $15 with all the fixings. The service at this location is great. I've never had an issue. They have paid parking in the back. After a certain time, the attendant leaves and you do not have to pay. The especially great thing about this location is they are close enough to the coffee bean, if you sit on the east side of the building, you can pick up their WiFi!!!!
Really great impossible burger cooked medium rare. It "bled!" It's been a few years since I've been to the counter but the service was great and the build your own burger experience was the same as I remembered. Shoestring fries aren't my favorite but theirs are pretty solid even though I'm not a fan of that cut. Great atmosphere to catch up with friends in.
Double Impossible burger is so good! These guys do the best impossible burgers in the LA area from what I've found to date.
The food and service were both excellent! My wife and I felt welcomed and the food was delicious. I enjoyed their chili, burger and onion strings. We will be back. That's a promise!
Always an excellent source of choose your own adventure burger happiness. Lots of options on the menu to make pretty much everyone happy. The owners and staff are quick to help and make sure you're dining experience is good.
The food is great, and awesome for picky eaters. I wish their high chairs were clean because that's definitely one of the things I look for in a "family friendly" restaurant. I always end up trying to clean them up myself but I shouldn't have to pack paper towels and spray cleaner to enjoy a restaurant. We love to food, love the casual atmosphere.. but the cleaning is too casual.
Color of the meat is exactly as shown in the menu, loved my medium rare blue cheese burger 🍔 just now. String fries 🍟 also yummy 😋 with garlic aioli, & veggie spears are delicious. They have lots of special beers, shakes, and lemonades. Casual dining at tables or bar with TVs.

Fries are "shoestring": thin, crunchy but also soft, perfect!
Possibly my all time favorite burger and fries place!
Also, you can choose size of your burger, which is useful! 1/3 lb, 1/2 lb, 1 lb. Nice!!
