This spot is in my top 3 fried chicken and waffle restaurants. Across the street you got the flower shops and the interior is very welcoming. I’ve never had their chicken and waffle in dining, it’s always via delivery or pickup. Even for pick up or delivery their fried chicken and waffle is phenomenal. Solid flavor and crispness along with one of the best waffles I’ve ever tasted. I highly recommend this dish for an entree. I’d definitely come back again and get some of their other menu items. Parking is very limited and the street parking is always busy.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! I found it initially searching up brunch spots in LA and loved the options here. The restaurant itself is roomy, cute decor. I liked it had a mix with seafood options as well. The food, let me just say me and my friend loved our meals! I had the Shrimp and Grits and she ordered Crab with Avocado Benedict and had a side of potato salad, which she absolutely loved as well. As a random find this is definitely a great spot for brunch. The server was amazing as well with her suggestions. Wish I can try the other dishes!

Stunning hidden gem! The food here was excellent and the vibe was amazing. Extensive menu with modern brunch fare and some southern classics. 2 people on a Sunday morning was only a 20 min wait with no reservation. Great place to brunch if you are staying the night near Crypto Stadium!

Ok I was shocked about this little hidden gem in the middle of LA Fashion District!! From the delicious food, to amazing service, cleanliness and aesthetics that were on point. Definitely a go to place. We only had a 30 min wait and it was so worth it.

Having breakfast here last Friday. Foods and drinks are so good. I like cold brewed coffee here. Highly recommended!

The food here was absolutely delicious and came with a good serving size. We went on a Sunday around 1ish. They were busy, but we were seated within less than 15 minutes. The vibe was cool, I liked that the menu had a miriad of options. My matcha latte was yummy, too! I wouldn't recommend to those that have Auditory overload or are sensitive to loud areas, as it was hard to hear each other talk over the cacophony of talking and with the tables in such close proximity to each other. Despite the surrounding sketchy-ish location [lots of homeless folk], I would definitely return because the food was just that good. One of the reasons it 4 stars and not five is because of the poor condition of the back area when you walk past the double doors and go past the kitchen and to the bathroom. That area is a complete turn-off from the front, as the floor is gross and could use a powerwash. The bathroom itself could also use some updates. It just doesn't match the vibe/decor of the restaurant's main seating area. For those who are driving to this location, it was difficult to find street parking, so I recommend the $8/$10 lot down the block on the corner.

The bacon eggs Benedict was great! The biscuits were flaky and held up well to the sauce. The oat milk latte wasn’t amazing, the espresso was too fruity for my taste, but overall good experience. Most of the seating is long tables so you may be next to other groups. Parking is street and paid lots only.

An absolute must if you're coming through LA and want some good breakfast. The fried chicken was extra crispy, with a good amount of juiciness and extra dash of flavor. The eggs were really well made too. The mimosa was a good amount of strength and flavor. Overall a great time and great food, I will return if I make my way back to LA.

My only recommendation up front. If you want to be seated upstairs for nice views, then you must make a reservation beforehand. You can not walk up and request upstairs seating because it will be too crowded, or you will have to wait several hours. Now that that is out of the way.... If you're a breakfast person and enjoy a little mimosa kick on Sunday morning, then this is your kind of place. Don't let the outside fool you. The portions are big and very shareable. The service is great and always on point. The gravy is to die for and the French toast melts in your mouth. The French toast is a little heavy on the cinnamon, but that's the way I like it. However, my other half, who's not as big on cinnamon, is not writing this, I am. But they still liked it nonetheless. Enjoy yourself when you come here and take a moment to enjoy that little someone. To cap off a great breakfast, find your way down south towards the flower market area and buy a bouquet, or pick up a nice orchid for that someone special.

The food is amazing. The service is amazing. The only two things I wasn’t a huge fan of was the surrounding neighborhood. It felt in the middle of nowhere. I had to drive through Skid Row and many homeless encampments to get there. The neighborhood does not feel safe at all, also the tables are all connected so you eat kind of like family style. Felt a bit cramped and was not a huge fan of having to touch my neighbors elbows but otherwise the food and drinks were delicious and the service was great.
