This is a family favorite wherever we are visiting. Delicious burgers after long days on our feet sightseeing. Excellent shakes. Service was wonderful!

Yum yum yum! Always loved this place.
It's the perfect meal to have after a day full of fun at Universal Studios! Johnny Rockets has the best chilli cheese fries, hands down.

Food was great and prepared in a timely matter but service wasn’t all that great. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for something quick to eat but if time isn’t a issue and you’re already here, I would recommend just going but I personally wouldn’t go out of my way to come back here. The servings are also very large, overall I would rate it a 4/5!

Food was fast and amazing. Also super delicious. So sad we don’t have one in San Jose anymore. Anna was incredible and took really awesome photos of us as a great memory into postcards. That was so unexpected and really fun and she was so kind and sweet throughout the whole process, it really made, a memorable experience and probably the best part of the universal day

Came here after a visit to Universal Studios. It was busy and there was a wait list which is to be expected as people were leaving the park. It was about a 15 minute wait. There were quite a few open tables when we were seated but maybe they had limited staff so didn't open everything. They sat us on the patio area which was great as it allowed us to people watch and there was a band playing just a few feet away. 3 of us got the Rocket Single - great burgers, just the right amount of filling and flavor. Something about the buns that just complements everything. My son got the Bacon Cheddar and he devoured it like it was his last meal. We shared a bowl of chili, onion rings, and a vanilla shake. All very good. I dipped the rings in the chili. If you haven't tried that yet you should - it is tasty. Johnny Rockets is one of our favorite diners and today it didn't disappoint. We usually go to the one at Ontario Mills but that's closed now. Server was friendly and came by to ask how we're doing throughout. Restrooms were clean.

Very nice staff. Bless all the frontline restaurant employees who give consumers a chance to enjoy themselves and keep their sanity! Yip these employees more! Bread changed on the burger I think but overall great burgers.

Had a really nice time here. Amazing service we were sat right away and our food came out fast and our server constantly checked on us. We even got our picture taken so we could have a memory to take home with us we’ll definitely be coming back

Server was very kind and helpful. Burgers were good. Chips were good too but just toi salty cos of all the bacon and cheese. Buffalo wings were also nice.

Great tasting burgers, a little pricey for the size but overall good stuff. Great service and a nice atmosphere! Convenient being in city walk after spending the morning at Universal studios!!
