Amazing!!!!!. I went there for lunch this week and the food and service was great. I sat out on the patio. What a great experience I will be back!!!

Good breakfast place, lunch & dinner is just Ok and average.
Patys is close by (if you’re in Burbank), and it’ll get you fed, and make sure you leave happy. It’s got plenty of tables inside and outside. You won’t have to wait here like you would at The Griddle. It’s also a real neighborhood joint, so expect to be hanging out with everyone from Studio Execs to Union Carpenters.

Saw this restaurant on Barry's (HBO show) and wanted to check it out.
Stopped by for lunch and tried the firehouse 86 sandwich which has chicken breast, avocado, bacon, jalapeno, jack cheese. Was quite tasty 😋. Many different side options and I chose the coleslaw. Was okay. Fries look good and would possibly get fries next time.
Service was very friendly and attentive. We had a party of six and they frequently kept checking if we needed more coffee or water.
Would definitely come back again.
Ate breakfast here several times while working in Burbank. Great breakfast plates cooked perfectly. Service friendly and helpful. Pay at the table by scanning with your phone is convenient. Sit inside at the counter or booths, or outside if you like fresh air. Parking in the back is also very handy. Go early. This place gets busy. I’ll be back.
My boyfriend and I came here because we were in the area and it was recommended. The customer service was great! Our waitress was so quick to refill my boyfriend’s coffee! And the man who sat us was really quick about it too! That was great! I order the French toast combo and my boyfriend ordered the country fried steak. The French toast combo came with two delicious eggs, 4 pieces of sausage and two triangles of French toast. It was tasty! The country fried steak came with hash browns, eggs, English muffin and a decent size piece of country fried steak. The English muffin was fresh and delicious! The country fried steak was delicious! My boyfriend was very happy with his pick!
Had a great deal and mom and I split it and both left full and happy. We each had a huge pancake and plenty of eggs and three and a half pieces of bacon and I had water and she had coffee. Cost was only $20!!!
Stumbled across this absolute gem trying to find dinner and avoid the evening rush. Country fried steak was killer, the red snapper was perfect, and the Firehouse 86 was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Service was top tier and the wait staff was super friendly and helpful. Didn't realize it was the owner refilling our water for us until we got to chatting; super nice guy and I'm glad we could support his local business. I sincerely hope we have occasion to come back.
Food is pretty darn good! The service was fantastic. Our server was funny and kind. She really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Thank you for a fun dinner with friends, Paty's!

I haven Pm since 2020. And initially just stopped because it was on my way to a store a few miles ahead. Wow I am so happy that I stopped in here. The food is fantastic. I was so happy to come back to Patys’s. I don’t know if it has the same owners I didn’t see any of them there but you still have the wonderful feeling of Patys. and like I said, the food was really good. And I can’t wait to come back. The staff is excellent. They are very pleasant and super sharp and what a pleasure to go somewhere and have people actually listen to what you’re asking in reference to the food. The coffee was good and the food was excellent like I said. If you remember the menu, it’s still the same and it’s really tasty. Plenty of parking in the area most of the day. And lots of fun places to sit now that we didn’t have before Covid. I’m glad to put this place back on my list of places to go to eat in Burbank/Toluca Lake. Met my expectations and exceeded them as well. They have great hours and lots of variety. Something for everybody to eat there.

Nothing to write home about but overall a good experience, would recommend.
$66 for 2 bloody, coffee, two meals.
Nice outdoor seating. Classic dinner style food and atmosphere. Chill area of town.
Went here after seeing the glowing reviews and the place lived up to them! I ordered the French toast which was superb- would recommend. And the onion rings were good too. Definitely will come again if I’m in the area.
Everything on the menu is good. It’s very comfortable atmosphere nice patio friendly staff. Good service. Been there forever. What’s not to like? And they have a great Reuben sandwich!
