Saw this restaurant on Barry's (HBO show) and wanted to check it out.
Stopped by for lunch and tried the firehouse 86 sandwich which has chicken breast, avocado, bacon, jalapeno, jack cheese. Was quite tasty đ. Many different side options and I chose the coleslaw. Was okay. Fries look good and would possibly get fries next time.
Service was very friendly and attentive. We had a party of six and they frequently kept checking if we needed more coffee or water.
Would definitely come back again.

Ate breakfast here several times while working in Burbank. Great breakfast plates cooked perfectly. Service friendly and helpful. Pay at the table by scanning with your phone is convenient. Sit inside at the counter or booths, or outside if you like fresh air. Parking in the back is also very handy. Go early. This place gets busy. Iâll be back.

My boyfriend and I came here because we were in the area and it was recommended. The customer service was great! Our waitress was so quick to refill my boyfriendâs coffee! And the man who sat us was really quick about it too! That was great! I order the French toast combo and my boyfriend ordered the country fried steak. The French toast combo came with two delicious eggs, 4 pieces of sausage and two triangles of French toast. It was tasty! The country fried steak came with hash browns, eggs, English muffin and a decent size piece of country fried steak. The English muffin was fresh and delicious! The country fried steak was delicious! My boyfriend was very happy with his pick!

Had a great deal and mom and I split it and both left full and happy. We each had a huge pancake and plenty of eggs and three and a half pieces of bacon and I had water and she had coffee. Cost was only $20!!!

Stumbled across this absolute gem trying to find dinner and avoid the evening rush. Country fried steak was killer, the red snapper was perfect, and the Firehouse 86 was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Service was top tier and the wait staff was super friendly and helpful. Didn't realize it was the owner refilling our water for us until we got to chatting; super nice guy and I'm glad we could support his local business. I sincerely hope we have occasion to come back.

Food is pretty darn good! The service was fantastic. Our server was funny and kind. She really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Thank you for a fun dinner with friends, Paty's!

I haven Pm since 2020. And initially just stopped because it was on my way to a store a few miles ahead. Wow I am so happy that I stopped in here. The food is fantastic. I was so happy to come back to Patysâs. I donât know if it has the same owners I didnât see any of them there but you still have the wonderful feeling of Patys. and like I said, the food was really good. And I canât wait to come back. The staff is excellent. They are very pleasant and super sharp and what a pleasure to go somewhere and have people actually listen to what youâre asking in reference to the food. The coffee was good and the food was excellent like I said. If you remember the menu, itâs still the same and itâs really tasty. Plenty of parking in the area most of the day. And lots of fun places to sit now that we didnât have before Covid. Iâm glad to put this place back on my list of places to go to eat in Burbank/Toluca Lake. Met my expectations and exceeded them as well. They have great hours and lots of variety. Something for everybody to eat there.

Nothing to write home about but overall a good experience, would recommend.
$66 for 2 bloody, coffee, two meals.
Nice outdoor seating. Classic dinner style food and atmosphere. Chill area of town.

Went here after seeing the glowing reviews and the place lived up to them! I ordered the French toast which was superb- would recommend. And the onion rings were good too. Definitely will come again if Iâm in the area.

Everything on the menu is good. Itâs very comfortable atmosphere nice patio friendly staff. Good service. Been there forever. Whatâs not to like? And they have a great Reuben sandwich!

Was very happy to rediscover Paty's. Years ago I thought it ho-hum. Not so now! Very happy with Fish Tacos, rice, chips, salsa and guacamole on the side. Each taco was in its own holder. Made it easier to eat. Great presentation and service. Yes, it tasted good too! Will definitely go back :)

I New, the original owners, Cathy , and Buddy Baker. My father ate there every single day for many many many years. He was very good friends with them. He did all the repairs for anything made out of sheet metal. I have so many fond memories of eating at the counter, and I was just a child. I met many movie stars in there. When I was 10 years old, I remember almost choking on a hamburger when my father told me, I was sitting next to Jay North.(Dennis the Menace.) as a child I was almost treated like royalty until Cathy and Buddyâs daughter CiCi came along. đ the food was always amazing especially the fresh baked pies. if I ever win the lottery, I would definitely take a trip down memory lane and go visit the place again, even though it is changed. I would love to see the look now.

Cool retro diner that serves a wide variety of food options. Choose from burgers, sandwiches, breakfast and don't forget a slice of pie or cake. Friendly staff. You won't be disappointed.

Went for lunch. Missed the Salmon Benedict by 10 minutes so had a bacon cheeseburger which was good. Food came out super fast! Mark our server was attentive and super nice!

This restaurant was a spot I booked for my birthday celebratwas the first time in NYC, and Patsyâs excited my expectations!
I knew it was very delicious food from long running family business, and I was expecting to be having fantastic dinner, but the service and personal details that we received was above and beyond what I even imagined!
Sal the owner was so kind, and personal to the point I received a nice jar of his famous marinera sos as a gift for my birthday!
I also was surprised with a pice of cake đ° while the whole restaurant sang happy birthday to me. (this was organized by the staff without my knowledge)The extra touchâs and attention for my special day was so touching, and beautiful. I will always remember the delicious food, and the memories of spending my birthday here!
It was definitely a highlight of my trip! I will come back, and would recommend anyone who is looking for really good food with excellent service to come here

Unhappy Customer. You state on your Business Cards Home Style Meals, then why does it feel like the Restaurant does'ent have a Home style ATMOSPTHERE. With Paty's being FAMILY owned by A GREEK family. From the Management, yelling and using Profanity within a ear shoot to the servers, and Cooks yelling back to the servers. You have Sharon with her hot and cold attude, and this young guy who stands backs and just watches, why don't you get him to jump in and help out when you are busy, Hmm. After my so called meal I just want to get out of this Restaurant and try and settle my turned Stomach. I have been coming here for years I won't be back with all of your NEW CHANGES taking place. There is No HOME ATMOSPTHERE at PATY's DINER.

Patys is close by (if youâre in Burbank), and itâll get you fed, and make sure you leave happy. Itâs got plenty of tables inside and outside. You wonât have to wait here like you would at The Griddle. Itâs also a real neighborhood joint, so expect to be hanging out with everyone from Studio Execs to Union Carpenters.
