Good food, parking, good service - reasonable pricing. Convenient location. Port, beef, chicken, rice and beans mixed (moros or moros y cristianos) yuca, plaintains - just yummy stuff
Was told by a good friend that this was a must for Cuban cuisine and not to be fooled by its outer look which is something I never base a restaurant off of so stopped in to give it a try.
This was my first time trying Cuban food but have heard many good things about the pork so I instantly ordered that dish. I'm also a huge fan of oxtails so ordered that to go with it. The food came out very fast and the taste was great!!! The pork had a lemony taste which was great because I love lemon.. The portions are hefty at very reasonable prices as well so I had leftovers. I haven't been to any other Cuban restaurant to compare the food to.
Check this food out, especially if you're on your way to restaurant row off of La Cienega. Good stuff!!!

Awesome food and the best service you will find in LA
Awesome, awesome, awesome! Great lunch and dinner specials. Very friendly and fast service, and wonderful food! Highly recommended the Barbecue Chicken with rice & beans.
My husband and I met up with some friends for dinner. The food was okay, but was seriously under seasoned for my taste. I know Cuban food is not the same as Mexican food. Would it had been rude to ask for salsa? Anyway, I think the dishes were slightly overpriced. Other than that, everything was really nice and we had a good time.
Always amazing flavor. I come in often to enjoy some good comfort food. I love the asada with onions in the garlic sauce. I enjoy the rice and black beans. All around great tasting food. Bring the family to enjoy fine cooking.

I had a great lunch at Versailles Cuban Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with the freedom to choose our seating, which immediately set a comfortable and relaxed tone for our evening.
My partner and I got the items listed below:
Salmon salad with a tomato salsa (apologies for not knowing the exact name), and it was a burst of fresh and vibrant flavors. The combination of the perfectly cooked salmon, fresh avocado, tomato slices and the zesty salsa was a match made in culinary heaven. 10/10
Papas Rellenas: these potato balls coated in breadcrumbs and deep-fried until they achieve a beautiful golden-brown, crispy exterior filled with mashed potato, seasoned ground meat along with ingredients like onions, garlic, bell peppers, and various spices. 10/10
Platanitos aka fried plantains, my partner couldn't stop raving about how delicious they were. 10/10
Side of White Rice and Black Beans: 10/10
The gentlemen attending to us were kind and attentive. They made sure our experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Versailles Cuban Restaurant offers a perfect blend of delicious cuisine, a welcoming ambiance, and outstanding service. I can't recommend it enough, and I'll definitely be returning for more Cuban culinary delights (this was my 2nd visit)!
Incredible Cuban food. We love Cuban food and thought the best was found in Florida but this by far blows all other Cuban restaurants out of the water.
Randomly ran into this restaurant. Everyone we saw at the place ordered the famous chicken so did we, also ordered the ox tail stew. Before the meal they gave you sliced bread which was surprisingly good, taste like garlic bread. Meal itself came with side of beans( not salty and added cilantros for flavoring), plantains and white rice. Portions are large, we liked the ox tail stew more than the chicken but both are very tasty.
The Versailles Cuban Restaurant served us a good lunch. They're in a little strip mall so their parking lot is limited. We were able to find a spot right away. The restaurant is clean and neat. Service was prompt and friendly. My wife and I split an order of their famous lemon chicken. The dinner portion is half a chicken with two sides. My wife had the fried plantains. She gave me a taste. They were excellent. I had the black beans. They too were excellent. The chicken was tender but a bit dry. The lemon sauce partially mitigates the dryness of the chicken, but frankly, I've had better chicken at fast food establishments.
Both the parking lot and the restaurant are wheelchair accessible.

The chicken is the best in town hands down.
Plátanos maduros were yummy caramelized perfectly. Beef empanada was good. Cubano sandwich was not a hit. Nice service and easy sit down spot!
Absolutely amazing food and service! The interior of the restaurant is cozy and laced with Cuban decor. You sit down and get complimentary garlic bread that was fantastic! I was recommended this place by a friend and he said to get the garlic chicken plate, and I was not disappointed! Everything about this was insanely good! The chicken leg quarter was juicy and oh so so flavorful. The onion was super citrusy in the best way, ans even the rice was packed full of flavor! I can not recommend this place enough, and honestly wish I wasn’t just visiting the area, because I would love to get this all the time!

The famous garlic chicken was not as we have had it before nor was the flan.
The ox tail was ok
The black beans were excellent, better than we have had at other restaurants.
