Great customer service… I called an order pizza late night almost around closing time! When I paid for the pizza I realized I had paid for someone else’s order. The gentleman at the front was super nice and told me they would funded me back since I paid with my card. Anthony was super friendly…kept his cool the whole time! That guy definitely deserves a raise! I’ll definitely be back!!! Thank you Anthony (manager) off market & orange in Long Beach

I came in on 2/27/22 requesting a specialty pizza to which was confusing to explain over the phone. I decided to visit the store and brought along a diagram I had drawn on a piece of paper. The Lovely Manager Shaila took care of Me well as She was polite, professional and caring. I strongly recommend this location and look forward to My next visit.

Ordered a Spicy Lover's Pizza, but received a basic pepperoni pizza with Jalapeños in the promotional box for what I ordered. No spicy marinara, no crushed red peppers, no fresh red peppers; just pepperoni with a pepper that shouldn't even be on it. I don't know why this was an issue this time, as I've ordered the same pizza from this location before with no problems. I hope this was an isolated quandary, but I'm led to believe that others should be aware of the possibility of just receiving some random pizza instead of the one you've asked for, as reflected by the behavior exhibited in this situation. I hope to be proved wrong, but I'm unmotivated to be ordering from them any time soon now.

I paid $36.00 for 2 large 3 toppings.. 1.00 more for pan pizza 1.75 more for extra cheese 4.25 for delivery! Plus tax... it was almost $40something bucks. My pizza was cold to. If I ever order again, I might as well just pick up instead or order Dominos pan pizza. Taste the same, arrives quick and hot.its also cheaper. One of my toppings was pepperoni and I also wanted extra pepperoni but I didn't see it. My order took about a good solid hour

People here at this location are very rude and unprofessional!!! I placed an order for curbside and as a customer I expected it to be ready once I pressed "im here" but I had to wait 10 minutes before I walked inside to ask them about it and come to find out it had been in their storage oven for awhile!! The past 2 times I have gone the workers are in the back gossiping about personal matters that shouldn't be spoken about in the work place!! They NEVER acknowledge me or anyone else for that matter when we walk in, and they are so rude!! If your not happy with your job there THEN LEAVE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

The wings was dry and cold the pizza was horrible and I am so disappointed in pizza hut. It was just wrong, the crust, sauce and everything was gross. My meat lovers was everything but a meat lovers it was just flat nasty. The stuffed crust had very light cheese the crust itself and sauce was nasty. I really want my money back for the pizza and wings.
