Review Pizza Hut - Long Beach

Great customer service… I called an order pizza late night almost around closing time! When I paid for the pizza I realized I had paid for someone else’s order. The gentleman at the front was super nice and told me they would funded me back since I paid with my card. Anthony was super friendly…kept his cool the whole time! That guy definitely deserves a raise! I’ll definitely be back!!! Thank you Anthony (manager) off market & orange in Long Beach

I came in on 2/27/22 requesting a specialty pizza to which was confusing to explain over the phone. I decided to visit the store and brought along a diagram I had drawn on a piece of paper. The Lovely Manager Shaila took care of Me well as She was polite, professional and caring. I strongly recommend this location and look forward to My next visit.

Ordered a Spicy Lover's Pizza, but received a basic pepperoni pizza with Jalapeños in the promotional box for what I ordered. No spicy marinara, no crushed red peppers, no fresh red peppers; just pepperoni with a pepper that shouldn't even be on it. I don't know why this was an issue this time, as I've ordered the same pizza from this location before with no problems. I hope this was an isolated quandary, but I'm led to believe that others should be aware of the possibility of just receiving some random pizza instead of the one you've asked for, as reflected by the behavior exhibited in this situation. I hope to be proved wrong, but I'm unmotivated to be ordering from them any time soon now.

I paid $36.00 for 2 large 3 toppings.. 1.00 more for pan pizza 1.75 more for extra cheese 4.25 for delivery! Plus tax... it was almost $40something bucks. My pizza was cold to. If I ever order again, I might as well just pick up instead or order Dominos pan pizza. Taste the same, arrives quick and hot.its also cheaper. One of my toppings was pepperoni and I also wanted extra pepperoni but I didn't see it. My order took about a good solid hour

Dont waste your time from managment all the way down incompetence never again ..

People here at this location are very rude and unprofessional!!! I placed an order for curbside and as a customer I expected it to be ready once I pressed "im here" but I had to wait 10 minutes before I walked inside to ask them about it and come to find out it had been in their storage oven for awhile!! The past 2 times I have gone the workers are in the back gossiping about personal matters that shouldn't be spoken about in the work place!! They NEVER acknowledge me or anyone else for that matter when we walk in, and they are so rude!! If your not happy with your job there THEN LEAVE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

The wings was dry and cold the pizza was horrible and I am so disappointed in pizza hut. It was just wrong, the crust, sauce and everything was gross. My meat lovers was everything but a meat lovers it was just flat nasty. The stuffed crust had very light cheese the crust itself and sauce was nasty. I really want my money back for the pizza and wings.

This place only has one driver so my pizzas where late Iike 2hrs not even kidding horrible coustomer service no kind of communication or help would never order from here again thanks for nothing

This pizza place on market and orange in long Beach ca. Violated me of my civil rights, all I was trying to do was order a pizza. First of all, it was delivery, I was over charged, 47 dollars for two medium pizzas, then when Ivan came to bring the pizza, he standing there at the door saying he's waiting on cash, but the receipt in his hand said it was paid for. He stood in the door, my food getting cold even though I showed my id,and my debit card, he continued to make me wait. Then when he finally gave me my receipt that's when I realized Iwas being over charged. So I cancelled the order all together. Now mind you the training for customer service is the customer is always right, and in this case, I truly was, I thought he would give me the pizzas after that fiasco, but no. So I had to go to the place to talk to the management, well you can imagine that, a man by the name of DAVID, a Hispanic man and another Hispanic girl(of which I will get her name as well) used my anger, and my color(being black) to treat me as though I was coming to do something to them, and it was just me. They slammed the door in my face and started talking to me from a microphone. They threatened to call the police on me so I waited there for the police. And of course no one ever came. I waited for at least 20 minutes. I cried and cried and yes still crying at the treatment. I'm going call the better business Bureau, and a good lawyer. Does anyone have any recommendations? ?If you've had a civil action against this store, please add your story. Let's stop this monstrosity of treatment. Force pizza hut, and other corporations to hire and train their employees to treat their customers, no matter what color, with the dignity we deserve!!!!!

Terrible services I called in for a Large pizza took 2 hours to get here I do not recommend this place !

Tonight was my last night eating Pizza Hut pizza I ordered a carry out thin crust meat lover and a thin crust vegetarian no olives when I picked up my order the young lady showed me the meat lover first and the vegetarians II she was moving kind of slow so when she opened the vegetarian box I glanced fast told her to please shut it because this steam is leaving and it was cold inside the Pizza Hut and I wanted my pizza to stay warm once I got home there were olives on my vegetarian so I made a phone call and ask to speak to the manager Dave told me I seen my pizza I took my pizza home I am stuck with my pizza stuck with my pizza okay so I pick the olives off eat one slice of vegetarian and I know this something that I thought was the skin of a purple onion but there was no Purple Onion there it was a piece of plastic I never called Dave back the corporate office opens Monday morning I will be speaking to somebody in corporate I've saved it I also have pictures my receipt tonight was the worst service I've ever had at Pizza Hut.

I placed an order online and they never delivered my pizza, because I didn't answer my phone! It never stated on there website that if I didn't answers my phone they would cancel my order! When I called to check the status of my order Kathleen was very rude to me and was absolutely no help! It was very Apparent that she didn't care! It's sad to see the lack of caring employees. I've order online before and never had this issue. I will not order from here ever agin! Due to the horrible costumer service I received !
