We ordered several big plates from Panda express but they missed one order. We called the branch in long beach were we ordered. They are willing to replaced the missing order however we needed to pick it up at the said branch. Its very inconvenient and plus we work on a ship so we dont have pretty much a lot of time to go and claim the missing order. The customer service was really poor.

I used to love pandas fast service but now they put more effort into phone or internet orders than the actual customer looking them in the face....they are a bit rude seeming annoyed when they are broken from their assembly line robotic behavior...they make 5 outscore orders before making an indoor every single time for the last 2 years! Finally my last visit I stood up for myself and said "can you please make my food I am very hungry as ND go back to that after"....I was really hungry...normally I wait patiently annoyed

Wish they didn’t always run out of entrees so early in the day . Food is good . Sometimes they are stingy with meat items . This is the only local Panda Express and I wish they did a little bit better with their food stock to be giving out small plates with little food how do you run out of chicken or shrimp . This has been for years. Sometimes when u order online they won’t even tell you the item has ran out they just fix your plate and give it to delivery.

Mom went here the other day just told me today she had a horrible experience with one of the employees serving her. She speaks Spanish and has never had a problem ordering from any restaurant ever but for some reason she was ridiculed and made to feel embarrassed by an employee here. She wasn't able to get a name but my friends and family will not be eating here for the foreseeable future. To note as my mom continued ordering another customer came to her and said "they are very rude here" which tells me this is not the first time.

Although located in Downtown Long Beach, where according my experience, fast food restaurants are not so well taken care of with dubious visiting customers, I found this one quiet decentt. The food was fresh, environment was clean, staff was friendly, and other customers were pleasant.

I ordered a family meal and the food was good except the fried rice which the rice not enough cooked. It’s hard and not good to eat. Order number F40A5 . Thru Uber eat.
