First sushi place I've been to since I got here in California and I loved absolutely everything. The service was great and the food was top quality. I highly recommend this establishment for fine Japanese cuisine. Bring your friends and make it a gathering.

Benihana like restaurant serving teppanyaki style cooking. The food is plentiful. The taste average. The view is amazing overlooking the pier. We had the deluxe with their steak (sirloin) and salmon. And I had the seafood combo (salmon, shrimp and scallops). Overall, a good service, great family dinner with my brother's family and descent meal.

I only go to Japanese restaurants for sushi, this place has the best! My favorite roll is the spicy salmon which I had to specially request, but I ended up getting an additional roll! I would recommend this place to anyone. It's also walkin distance from the hyatt hotel which is a plus.

Teppan? YES; Sushi? NO. Awesome teppan dining. Lots of fun; reasonably priced, good food.

Don't even think about going here for sushi. You'd be better off to go to Ralphs and pick up prefab sushi from the deli.!!

I came here on a short trip to Long Beach with my family and I loved it! The employees were all very kind and helpful! The food was mouth watering. The emperor steak was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! I also loved their shrimp, soup, and salad. The atmosphere was nice and I loved it. Our cook was funny and made delicious food. The ice cream for one of our birthdays was really good! Overall, I loved this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone!!

Nice place, fresh food and friendly service. Tables were the chef prepares the food in front of you are so worth it. Everything was fresh, the service was fast, and our chef had a great sense of humor and one heck of a skill with his knives. Fried rice was delicious.

My fiance and I came here for lunch for my birthday and enjoyed it very much. The sushi was fresh, delicious and decorated perfectly on each plate. Our server was sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. Prices were reasonable for a high end sushi and steak joint. We look forward to we eating here again in the near future!!

Being a huge hibachi fan I was skeptical with trying a new place as they never live up to the expectations. My man Edward here was awesome! Funny and very entertaining and the food was amazing! Parking is a little tuff but it's right off the pier and everything turned out perfect for a beautiful evening! If you find yourself in long Beach visit this place! I know will be back! Also make a reservation for the grill you may be turned away.
