I was there two days ago to get the 3 free pretzels if your name started w the letter J . The workers were so nice to me but I feel so bad bc they don't have AC. Just have the front door open. Was hotter inside than outside. We're having like 100° week Please get your workers AC they deserve it.

I pre-ordered for Super Bowl Sunday. I walked in and the place was absolutely jampacked. Everybody was working so hard and diligently to get everything out the door, and I overheard the manager saying “keep it up, we’re almost done”.
They were like a well oiled machine. Cranking out pretzels! 🔥🤘🏼🇺🇸

A friend got a vat of the nuggets from here. They were awesome! Old style pretzels with a great crust (reminding me of old school German soda pretzels) and good dough. Even cold, there tasted great!
