Lovely dinner experience at Epping’s last night. Really eclectic menu with both a variety of small plate options and regular entrees. We had the crab bisque to start. Amazing!! Go there just for this soup. We ordered off the small plates section of the menu for adventure. The crab cakes were fantastic and the basil aioli superb. The mushroom bitterballen were also great - look like a falafel on the outside but creamy mushroomy goodness on the inside. Fries were good, but the sriracha sauce is hot so beware. The only disappointment was the gnocchi. Not bad, just didn’t love it. Also try the Eastside cocktail - really light a fruity and so good. Service was fantastic. We ordered a set of small plates. Each one was delicious. Strong selection of bourbon as well. Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly competent service. We will most definitely be back.
Wonderful dinner and drinks. The seared scallops with potatoes and bacon vinaigrette were delicious and cooked perfectly. Also had the blood orange Cosmo which was beautifully citrusy.
My mom, sister and a good family friend were celebrating COVID belated birthdays and Mother’s Day at the Spring Drag Brunch today. We were greeted warmly and were shown to the appetizing buffet. I was so grateful for the offer of a dairy free egg-portion and advised which food were “safe” for me to eat. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and prompt, and the entertainers were lovely and so much fun! An excellent treat all around.
Wow! Probably the best restaurant in Lexington! The small plates are amazing, from the risotto, to the kebabs, to the cabbage, to the NY steak. Every dish was made with care and the portion sizes were relatively generous. Our server was very knowledgeable and descriptive about the menu and the specials. We had a fantastic family meal here. I will be sure to come here if I'm ever in town again.
Top notch restaurant in a revitalized district of downtown Lexington. Beautiful restoration decor. The staff is helpful, attentive, and interested in making the experience fun. Main menu is eclectic and expensive, but the bar menu and specials are spot-on.
The bartenders are true to the craft, taking time to make creative garnishes and add the perfect finishing touches to your drink.
Great place for a special date.

Great place to treat yourself. Delicious food and drink. Nice atmosphere and they were very kind to my 2 year old son, they have the best coloring sheet. Can't wait to eat here again!
