Exactly what you expect from a Sonic- food was hot and tasty, service was quick, and their ice cream and milkshakes are always spot on. Pro tip: get a cookie dough blast and add strawberry, sounds weird but it's tasty!

Always a good experience. Car hops are efficient but also, friendly and pleasant. Extra kudos to Taryn and Lydia at the 23rd Street site in Lawrence Ks.

The kiosks are always 50% broken so you have to drive around the lot to find a working one. I only come here for the drinks. The food is solidly in the "ok" category imo, but you can get wild with drink combos. Cream Slushes are amazing, usually the correct consistency.

We had ordered our food and received the 1 of the cheeseburgers and both grilled cheese cold. The grilled cheese sandwiches looked like they slapped cheese in-between the toast and wrapped it up. The rest of the food was warm.

App did not work right but the staff at 23rd street Sonic took care of me and gave me the drink discount the app would have provided. Also about an hour past when I tried the app and it errored out, I got an email and I was charged. I called the store and the manager refunded the cash I paid. Only gripe was their intercom system was not working right and needs fixed

I'm very pleased with the service I received tonight! I even called the manager personally to thank him and the crew for doing an amazing job even despite being busy. I ordered a couple drinks and literally within a couple minutes I had them in hand. Hands down the best Sonic I have ever been to anywhere! This will now become my sonic! Please give your team members a raise because they deserve a round of applause 👏 🙌 😁🥰
