Domino's Pizza

Domino's isn't just for pizza anymore. Although, they're still making the freshest, healthiest, and most delicious pies on the market. They keep adding to their menu to the point where it is going to become a full-blown Italian Kitchen. So many different styles of crust, a wide variety of sauces and toppings to choose from. They have a wide range of pasta preferences, also a great assortment of chicken wings for an appetizer, pass them around with main course. Great for parties of any kind, it brings families together ❤. The grandchildren like to pretend they're having Domino's for dinner even though tonight's sadly not the night. Wrapping up the experience by quenching the thirst, then serving desserts when the kids thought the party was over, Domino's got all the bases covered. Always gets us all in the right moods. ✅

I made a purchase at 7pm on Christmas Eve 2021 and didn't received my order until 5 hrs later very cold and dry. When the delivery guy finally made it to my door he was very apologetic and said that I wouldn't be charged for my food. He was the only driver that reported to work. I was charged. When I tried calling them about it they would pick up the phone a literally just hang up. I continued to call weekly and still got hang up calls until I finally got an answer and it was the manager. He told me that the corporate office was handling the refund. It has been 3 months now I still haven't received my refund. This is unacceptable I shouldn't have to wait 5 hrs for my food to be delivered nor should I have to wait months to be refunded. I will never order from Domino's again. The one star was for the effort the driver made to show up to work on a Christmas Eve holiday.
