Set'em Up Jacks

I go to lunch here often. First time for dinner. Very slow service. If you don't have an hour to wait for your food don't come here. Took forever to get a waitress to take her order and took even longer for the food to come out. Came for Burger night. Ordered the mushroom and Swiss. Should have just been a Swiss burger as I could hardly even see the mushrooms. I'd rather pay a little more to get more but it is what it is even with more mushrooms it would have been a dry Burger definitely more bread than beef. Had to take the top off the bus because it was too hard This is one of those places you call hit and miss sometimes it is great sometimes it is just okay. Definitely not worth paying full menu price. If you come here I suggest coming on today they have a special.

This place is everything!! Great food, great drinks, great service, great prices, great specials, great atmosphere!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Prices are very affordable for the quality!! We ordered lots of food, drinks and appetizers but you can easily get a fantastic meal and drink for around $12! This is a locally owned establishment that creates delicious dishes mostly from scratch, from what I understand. We arrived as a big group later in the evening and our food came out fast and was hot and fresh!! We will return as often as we can!!

This place is consistently consistent. I don’t think I’ve ever been there when it’s crazy. It’s got this cozy hole in the wall bar feel, but a sort of family restaurant. Imagine a place where teachers go for happy hour. That’s Set ‘me Up Jacks. Staff is so so. Some are happy. Some are just there, but friendly. Food is good. Tvs everywhere. Game room. Perfect for the bar fly that wants to hear the giggle of children. I’d say try it out. It may not be for you, but maybe it is. ***3 year later update. Got a bad burger and it was personally remade and compensated.
