Elevation Burger

The only reason I went here is that I had a coupon for a free burger. On a Friday night, there were 4 people in the restaurant which should probably tell you something. With one person in line ahead of me, it took 19 minutes to order and get my food! The coupon was for a free burger but I wound up being overcharged by $1.50 for ordering extra cheese (which I didn’t). The Firery Burger was indeed spicy but otherwise was really bland. The bottom bun had disintegrated by the time I got home. The fries were ridiculously saturated in grease and looked/tasted awful. I've attached a picture of them. Save your time and go to Five Guys if you want a decent burger & fries.

This was our second visit to this location and will now be our last. We visited on a Sunday, 45 minutes after opening and they were out of many things. Want chicken tenderloins for your toddler? Didn’t have them. Want whole wheat buns? Didn’t have them. Want a fork? Nope! Didn’t have them. At a certain point, why open your doors? The thing is, this type of mismanagement puts undeserving employees in an awkward position with unsuspecting customers. The other comments about the bathroom and back corner of the restaurant smelling are true. It’s the second time I noticed it and it’s almost a sewage type smell. The table we sat at spun freely, which is dangerous with a toddler. At least it was entertaining for him. And lastly, the picture is of our burger as received - as though someone took a bite out of the bun. Maybe they were almost out of regular buns and felt they couldn’t waste them. It’s shocking that so many things could go wrong on one visit. There’s enough great burger places in the area that are properly managed, we will spend our time and money supporting those!

Great service, good atmosphere. Was a little skeptical about eating here because it was empty but decided to take a chance anyways. I really liked the fries and the BBQ bacon cheddar burger. The burger had a lot of flavor to it. I will definitely be returning, it was the only place that hasn't upset my stomach when eating out

Burgers and fries are my favorite food. This is the ONLY place to get grass fed & Halal (Kosher) food! All the goodness without any of the guilt or health risks. The service is excellent and prompt. The selection is just right, not a cluster of items on the menu like all the other burger joints. Fries are cooked in olive oil not the cheap oil the other burger joints use. Food is always fresh and delicious. I love their elevation sauce! I don't go to any other place to eat burgers anymore, I only go to Elevation! Service was very fast, only about a 5 minute wait for the food which is brought out to you at your table. By the time I get a drink and sauces for my fries, the food is always on my table or on it's way out.
