Beach Pizza

After placing an online order I received 2 pizzas one with absolutely no cheese and the other just how I ordered it. I called and waited patiently on hold until a woman who claimed to be a manager got on the phone and rudely told me it was my mistake online and refused to replace the 5.95 pizza for me and then hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. Look people are broke and eating out is a luxury. Im pretty sure whether my mistake or theirs she could have been kind and domines could have afforded to replace the pizza. How ugly of her to hang up on me after I spent my hard earned money in their restaurant along with a tip and delivery fee. Needless to say I will NEVER order dominoes again and will reach out to corporate. Not over the five dollar pizza that she just couldn't stand to replace but for her horrible attitude and lack of customer service.

I ordered online, and Tina delivered it VERY timely - but for some reason the order didnt process my second pizza toppings correctly on the website (it ordered a cheese instead of a chicken and pepperoni). I called in to let them know, and John answered. He had INCREDIBLE customer service, and not only said they'd deliver the correct pizza free, but offered to throw in a free dessert (I never even asked for) for the troubles! Tina came and yet and again delivered the correct pizza even QUICKER Than) than the first. AMAZING customer service should always be recognized, they both need a pay raise, no doubt about it. Thank you guys! Made my night.
