I keep coming here hoping that it'll get better. I've refrained from writing a review until I had a good experience simply because I believe in this brand.
Unfortunately tonight I give up. My food was cold. Freezing cold. It's like they kept it in the fridge but I know they didn't because I watched them put it on the shelf. Took it straight home (less than 3 minutes) to tuck into a cold pile of rice and beans.
The employees are always kind. Just wish the food was hot.

This location wasn't clean so either they are under staffed or not well trained. The young lady, who was very kind, gave me rice that had been sitting for a while and it was hard. I had to ask for fresh rice. This location gets enough business that their food should always be fresh. Wasn't pleased.

If I go in an order the place is fine ,everything is perfect . If I order through postmates everything is made cheap. Including half the normal amount of lettuce ,missing ingredients and I almost never received salad dressing when ordering a salad . Even though its listed online.
I understand it's little but its still super disappointing 😕

This is our go to Chipotle location, and they always do a great job whether we order in person, through the Chipotle app, or the Uber Eats app. The workers are always friendly and accommodating whenever I ask to change my order up by having sauces on the side.

Stopped in for lunch today. Ordered a Barbacoa burrito bowl. Not real busy at 1:00pm on a weekday. Every other restaurant in the area was hoping. This should have been my sign to pass on by. While the food was good the portion in this bowl was ridiculously low. I guess that’s because the server ran out of meat in the pan and just moved me along. Very disappointed. Am I alone or is that why this place was slow? I will visit Centennial Chipotle from now on.
