This location is run by high school kids who don’t care about the quality of the food. If you get that feeling like they are rushing you, then you may want to check your order. These kids just want to get paid to do nothing and the quality of the food and service suffer.

Went through the drive-thru for lunch - took one bite and a big long hair came out!! I spit the food out and took the burger back! Told them I'm sorry but I can eat this! Will NEVER go there again!

Bad service. I actually like Wendy's food, but this location has the worst service which probably is the reason the parking lot is emptier than a Sears store lol.

Went to eat here with my kid D's before we went to see a movie, and got some burnt buns, I know they saw that it was burn so why would you send it out anyways, lazy that's why. Oh and not to mention the cashier Mykel had no customer service at all, I didn't get a hello, well come none of that, I had to greet him but hey is a fast food restaurant right so there's no need for them to he nice to customers!

Very poor work ethics, had a lady come from cleaning the trash ready to work on the cash register and serve me food. I had to tell her to go wash her hands. Plus she didn't know how to delete the extra food she punched up. Had to wait for a person from the drive threw that never came for at least 30 mins to fix her mistake.

This location is getting worse by the day. Order the "full" Ceasars salad and only got half of the chicken breast. So today I went again to get the same salad and got less then I did the day before. This will be the last time I purchase anything at this location. I've been coming to this location for almost 10 year. Terrible customer service
