The customer service here is horrible. Waited extremely long just to order and the cashier was still rude like she didn’t want to take my order at all. In addition to that I paid for 3 meals one for me, my best friend, and teenaged nephew. We ALL got extremely ill within 4 to 6 hours of consuming the meals.

I am a little annoyed that I ordered food for delivery and I paid $80 and they left out part of my order and it’s very aggravating that they don’t offer up any place to complain or contact the management. It’s not the drivers fault they just pick up the order and deliver it. Who wants to get on the phone and be put on hold for eternity not to mention they don’t answer the phone or the line is busy. So that pretty well leaves one conclusion, I’m screwed and I will just bet that that’s what they are counting on is for you too tire and give up trying to get through so by tomorrow if you do get through they are just going to say well why did you wait so long to call us! I don’t feel like playing the phone game with these people. And yes all the reviews for this Popeyes location is right on the money they are a wreck and they don’t know how to treat customers

This place could have gotten a better review, if my coleslaw wasn't frozen. Tried to callback the number on the receipt, that line remains busy. Had I been pregnant or had the inkling, may have enjoyed coleslaw ice cream. Lackluster service, long wait and kinda like really???

Terrible service. I left after being in line for 15 minutes and when I received my food the chicken was cold the biscuits were old and rice was not cooked in beans. The rice was still hard.. my sweet tea was not sweet at all..

I finally had the chicken sandwich. No big whop. What was all the hoopla about? It's just chicken and a pickle on brioche bread. Now the cinnamon apple pie, that's another story. ITS THE BOMB
