Panda Express

I've been to several locations in many states and around Las Vegas as well, but this location hands down is the worst. Every single item is either over cooked or so bitter tasting that your only reaction is to spit it out!!!. The bitterness has the distinct flavor of a melted plastic bag and the chow mien is old and oily at the same time. There is supposed to be some tenderness and some firmness to your food, not rock solid with a burnt flavor to mask the mistake!!. I think they should give you the fortune cookie before your meal just to see if it tells you to run as fast as you can!!!.

You won't find a nicer, friendlier staff of people in this neighborhood. I'm sure they were all smiling beautifully, under their face coverings. They have always had a good cafeteria style system, but modified it with entrance doors, and exit doors, so after payment, receiving your order, you depart without really passing anyone. Isn't living in fear of the state's pandemic enforcement team wonderful? But seriously, the pepper beef, orange chicken, and the rest of their selections are always fresh. Also, I had a buy one bowl, get a bowl free coupon! Score!

Thanks again to Grub Hub I was able to choose this for the Chinese food I was craving today. (15 September 2020) I had this for dinner Build Your Own Bigger Plate - 1 Full Side Chow Mein, Mushroom Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Honey Walnut Shrimp Everything was PERFECT. The food arrived on time and the temperature was perfect as well, It was the same as if I was going to eat in the restaurant. They included more than enough packets of soy sauce and chili sauce too. I would just ask that you send more than one napkin (it was included in the fork packet) I'll be re-ordering today's meal again very soon.

Do you like massive corporations to ask you verbally for donations while you're trying to get comfort food at the end of a long work day? Or maybe you are in a hurry to get to work but willing to play roulette on whether your food will be ready in 5 minutes or 20 minutes? Maybe you just like supporting Chinese owned businesses funded by loans backed by the American tax payer. This place is for you!

The food is consistently great, while the customer service equally diminishes. I paid $16.00 for a box of firecracker shrimp, to receive a box filled just beyond the halfway mark. The newly promoted manager, explained the box must be filled halfway because the shrimp is a specialty item. If this is so, why is there a surcharge associated with specialty items, to offset the cost per serving. When I explained that I always get the same item and never had a problem receiving a full order, she suggested that I go to a different Panda Express. People are hungry, stressed and willing to pay for great food, not partial orders and passive aggression.
