Cafe Zupas

Good customer service from the college aged kids there. One shows too much "fruitiness" and doesn't look good at the cou ter. Food was great. Soup was smooth & hot! Could serve little more larger portions for what were paying for. Samples were great thanks to the short thinner Hispanic girl with glasses. Little cold inside is only complaint during this month(Dec.)

I took my friend here for dinner for the first time and the employees were so kind and friendly! It really made her experience a memorable one. I love Zupas and the food options they have! The only thing I noticed was the dining room needed some attention due to past diners but other than that everything was perfect! Thank you Zupas for making my friends first experience a wonderful one!

Was in the area where this Cafe Zupas was located. I decided to pick up dinner for my husband and I. Ordered their strawberry harvest salad, tomato basil soup, and the potato chili soup. The server created the salad, in a to go container, dressing on the side, a separate server placed the two soups in another to go container, along with the roll and chocolate dipped strawberries. The order was ready in less than 5 minutes and paid for. All of the items tasted great. Apple slices in salad were a little soft, not super crunchy, and the potato chili soup, my husband likes thicker. So I heated it up at home and added some cornstarch and water to bring it to a more thick consistency for him. Parking was easy out front of the restaurant, and there were plenty of spaces when I arrived in the early evening. Great place for a quick meal. 👌

Absolutely amazing Soup and Sandwich Cafe. I come here almost every week. I ordered the pick two, which is a soup and sandwich or soup and salad. Sometimes, they will run a promotion if you scan your barcode on the app for points, like a free drink with an order, for example! They have pretty good refreshers, which I can only explain as Agua Frescas. Every order I got came with a free chocolate covered strawberry. Their desserts look ridiculously rich and filling as well. Some of the best soups and sandwiches I've ever had! Reminds me of Panera bread, and the sandwiches are at the same level as Jersey Mike's for me personally. This is the spot if you want a filling lunch with attention to low calories and carbs. Their salads look great too, and there are plenty of ingredients with the build your own! The customer service is top-notch, and everyone is very helpful and nice. What a great cafe. They have gone above and beyond for me every time.

Came in for something quick to eat in 2021 and have been back ever since! I was always wondering when they were actually going to incorporate a loyalty app and I’m so glad they did! I have used it countless times without any problems and when I did have any questions, the workers at my favorite location were more than happy to help. Love the rewards 🫶🏾 Along with that, I go all the time after work with my friends and being able to rack up points is awesome. Definitely my #1 go to place. And for nearly 13 dollars? Please and thank you! Anyway, the atmosphere and customer service is top notch (Melissa and Jelenny are great, nice to see consistent friendly faces). Very welcoming and would recommend!!
