Panda Express

Always delicious food! We’ve been eating here for years. The Beijing Beef and String Bean Chicken are always so good! The staff is always friendly and quick, even when you have to wait for a fresh/new batch of food. We never mind the wait as the food is always well worth it and fresh. We will definitely continue to eat here often!

The night shift is just terrible. Not only is the service extremely slow, both dining in and drive through, but the quality of food is much lower. 10+ minute wait times are average if you don't have another customer before you in line. When the food and other items are handed to you, it's almost a gamble if everything you request is provided. There have been a few times chopsticks, forks, sauces, and even a whole menu item has been missing. The most recent experience was my last at this location. Not only were forks and requested sauces missing, the pot stickers looks as though they were DROPPED ON THE FLOOR. I attached an image of said item. Panda Express is usually one of the best food chains that friends and myself enjoy. It's a shame that the crew is ruining the company's reputation. I see there are a lot of similar concerns from other customers. We're not asking for over the top service, the minimum requirements would be a great improvement to the current situation.

They sent completely the wrong items. When I contacted the store they couldn't look up my order and said the only thing I could do was bring the food and receipt back to have it replaced. When I asked if I could speak to a manager I was told the manager was gone for the next week. Really having a hard time believing that they wouldn't have a manager for more than a week and they're only response to a delivery order was to bring the food back. Won't be ordering from here again.

This location sucks. They should rename Kung poa chicken to just veggies there is no meat in this chicken whatsoever. Panda was my favorite but I refuse to eat at their locations again. It's a hit and miss with them,sometimes their servings are so small no consistency, or no chicken in the kung poa chicken just those cube veggies. I go to teriyaki madness now at least I won't be disappointed with my food.another night wasted my money.

Serving are way too almost nothing. No apology nothing . Manager not supposedly manager . Compare their portion of combo to other locations .this location is a thief . Will let you pay for the combo ..that's wat too small .maybe 2 spoons of rice or chow mein . And chicken or beef free pieces . Customer service sucks. Rode manager
