Wingstop

This Wingstop was great! Food was on-point and pickup was a breeze. We ordered online and picked up in the store. Our go-to sauces are the Hot, Parmasean Garlic, Lemon Pepper and BBQ. So, so good! Gotta get the bone-in crispy, and get them wet (extra sauce)! Fries and sauces (ranch, blue cheese etc...) are extra. The food was all great. Cooked excellent. The location on this store is great since it's so close to I-15. We ordered online, it took 20 minutes, and then we had it in time for the road. The area of the Arts District is unique. I haven't experienced it enough to speak about it entirely but it seemed to be lots of great art and gentrification in the area. Fairly safe. Can't complain tho! All in all, a great experience with some tasty wings! Prices are solid too!

This location on Charleston and Maryland Pkwy is the best location that this brand has. I can't get decent customer service or good food at the other locations. The staff has great customer service and you can tell they're not fake smiling at you. I love this place. It's clean all the time. I won't go to another Wingstop location.

Terrible service. First time in six months since I have been back since their rat infestation that I decided to try them again. Just ordered Cajun corn and veggie sticks. They said they would be right out. After 20 minutes they said they were just putting them in. Asked for my money back. Manager could have cared less. It was obvious I was a bother to her. Never coming back. My business used to buy $100 to $150 of food here. Never again.

The worst customer service in the world. Danielle the manager has a bad attitude argumentive with customer's waited 30 minutes just to get cold food and then not even willing to replace fresh food and think it's funny. I don't play with my money or food times to hard for her and the staff to think that's alright. Not here tho will be calling corporate because this has happened time after time. Go anywhere where else if you want respect and good food this ain't the place.any other Wingstop is better than this one for sure.

Whoever works the register on Sunday nights around 9:00 PM has no idea what she’s doing. I’ve seen her mess up my order while also watching and hearing her mess up other over-the-phone orders. I come to this location out of convenience, but I’d rather drive 20 minutes in another direction than deal with this location ever again. Still waiting for my food after 40 minutes…

It took 30 min to get the food. 15 wing PC.s fries 2 drinks $28! They SAY 15 wings. But really there are 3 pieces that make up a single chicken wing. One piece has no meat and people toss that part. But the other 2 pieces are attached. One looks like a mini drumstick. The other has 2 bones with meat around and in between. THATS 1 wing. They break those parts apart and sell them as 2 pc.s. So my 15 wings is really 7½ wings ÷ by $28= I won't be back. I will say they did taste good. I had to spread the fries out on a napkin to get off some of the oil. Several people were upset by the wait times while we were there.
