One star down for the following; I called to place an order & they picked up the phone and was immediately placed on hold without hello or afternoon or anything. After 5 minutes on hold, I hang up & drove over to the place, walked inside & have been standing here for almost 45 minutes. Two people came in after me & received there orders (it’s possible that they ordered online) nevertheless I was quoted 25 minutes. I did come back in about 5 mins after I ordered & used the “check in” free order of garlic knots, nevertheless I’m not so sure that needs to require an additional 25-30 minutes on top of almost the 20minutes I’ve been waiting. ... I just asked & 3 people ordered when I put my garlic knots order in. That’s ok. I’d gladly wait or even cancel the order so it doesn’t inconvenience anyone, especially me. Allegedly the pizza & the zeppoles have been ready & are sitting in the back. Most important thing; communication. I probably still would have waited. So that clears up that part of the order. I’m really hoping for some solid, tasty delicious pizza that I’ve been craving. Fingers crossed. ... Waiting to get home to finish this review. ... Since starting this review I ate the pizza. I have to say that it was pretty damn delicious. Fresh garlic all over. Cheese on the whole thing & mushrooms & onions on only half of it. the cheese was slightly burned on half & perfectly white the way I like it on the other half. Kinda strange. The crust/dough of the pie was exceptional. I actually wish they would have cut the pie in regular slices, however it was nice to have it sliced in squares. That’s a personal thing. Lol. ... the garlic knots were worth the wait however it was not worth my zeppoles dried out, stale tasting, & the powdered sugar was completely absorbed into the zeppoles itself. If I was truly judging everything else in my order, this would have brought the review down to 3 stars. Since I’m really focused on the pizza, I’m going to leave this out. Again communication could have corrected all of this. They could have said no to the knots, told me if I did have them they everything might be cold, or simply drop another order of zeppoles before I left. I literally tossed almost the entire order in the garbage (I had to taste a few to see how they were regardless of how they looked). ... all in all, the pizza was tasty. I was happy with that. It would be worth trying for anyone looking for some tasty pie. ... Have a great day!

EDIT!!!!!!! CURRENT REVIEW: (As of May 2020) I ordered a 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizza for pick-up to share with my family at a nearby park and was very excited to have what was once my favorite pizza. To my horror, this was not in anyway, the pizza I once craved. Literally everything was different. The barely understandable broken English of the person taking my order over the phone was the first red flag. Then upon arrival, I discovered the restaurant no longer had any of the friendly faces that took pleasure in their job were working. The entire place felt chaotic and different, second red flag. Then once I opened the pizza boxes at the park, I was crushed. It resembled old middle school cafeteria pizza. It looked and smelled like the cardboard box it sat in and the taste...let's just say all the leftovers were tossed and most of the pizza was leftover. I have added pictures of this pizza to my post to compare to the previous pizza. It wasn't the same cheese or pizza sauce and wasn't even cut the same. I'm not exactly sure what happened to this restaurant but I am taking a guess that sometime shortly after the pandemic hit that this restaurant was sold to another owner who kept the name and number but everything else about it has changed for the worst. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Best pizza I have had in a long time. Received a free dessert for giving them a 5 star rating on Yelp and it was well earned. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

After my house is posted with no soliciting signs / do not leave food menus all over my front door . This company still decides to leave menus at the front door . Decided to grab a pizza Since I praised their persistence but called About 12 times and can not get an answer . Every time it’s sent straight to voice mail or I get sent an annoying song but after several minutes no answer and or someone hangs up Hope to try this place once they answer the phone

1 * even though the pizza one of the better ones I've had. There are better places like The pie guys the good pie. Or Lino pizza is just as good as this place if not better pizza. I wanted to try the Mexican pizza among other things so I ordered for delivery,wanted me to use third party company app #Slice. Pretty smooth ordering on there. The one-star is because 2 hours and then haven't even started my pizza nor even looked at my order. Chances of me ever ordering from here definitely not likely chances of me ever using sliced again definitely negative. If they're going to be partnering. They need to make sure they have their stuff together ruins everything. Lena's Pizza never fails delivers within 35 to 45. Even though they say up to an hour. And of course there's always Domino's Pizza can't go wrong with that 5.99 deal. Just get it pan crust well done. By the way the girl that answers the phone she needs better customer service coach her up. The girl at slice what's much nicer but still room for improvement. Either one of them seem to care legitimately to keep a customer or try to do anything to keep one. I hate leaving reviews especially negative ones but this one hit a nerve. Grrr. I called to cancel the order after 2 hours of waiting.
