Carrie is the best thing ever out of Philly besides the cheese steaks!💖 She is so friendly to everyone and treats us like gold. That is why we come back! I have eaten at many restaurants in town and this restaurant was awesome. Our waitress Carrie was amazing she kept us updated on our food and was constantly asking if we needed anything. She interacted with my grandkids and made them feel welcome. I give this ihop a 5 Star rating. If you want good food and great service stop by and see Carrie she will take care of you.

4/5/2022: We finally got the chance to taste the New! Cheeseburger Omelet and it was as good and succulent as it looks in the advertisement pictures. The fluffy, beefy meaty, cheesy omelet burger is large enough for two adults to share. The eggy cheeseburger is stuffed and topped with hashbrowns, onions, tomatoes, mustard, and ketchup. This large burrito size omelet is a collage of deliciously seasoned ingredients with a succulent explosion of flavors for the taste buds. Our pancakes were perfectly prepared. Hats off to the cooks and the welcoming host.
Kudos! To or busy server Queen Jada for the over-the-top customer service. And a generous thank you for the friendly professional, attention from the manager (?). Even with a full section Jada was kind and caring enough to honor my family’s request to be seated in the booth with the sun shining upon it. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and nicely lit, spacious seating, comfortable temperature, and pretty décor.
Staff is low so bring a little patience while waiting to be seated even though there may be many empty tables. Thank you for the information on ways to save money and get free food by downloading the IHOP app. We are so happy this IHOP location is a bunny hop away in our neighborhood. See you soon.
We went to the IHOP on Nellis for a celebratory late lunch. We were waited on by the head of the night shift named Carrie. What a wonderful lady. Our service was excellent, the food was delicious and we all had a great time. Carrie had a great sense of humor, as did we all, and it made our experience all the more fun and exciting. I would definitely recommend this IHOP and especially our waitress Carrie. I truly believe that she is a great asset to this restaurant and should be recognized for her great qualities and professionalism.
We came in on a busy Saturday. Quoted a 25 minute wait and were seated in less than 10. Brian V. was an AMAZING server and showed no stress on a crazy busy floor. The manager visited our table and ran a tight ship. We are ridiculous tippers when we're happy and we plan on returning. Keep up the good work! Oh, and the food was pretty good too. 😉
