Chipotle Mexican Grill

You can order online for pickup. No masks are required. Neat, clean organized interior. Customer service was friendly and competent. Wait in line was minimal. There were a couple of items not available but would be ready in a few minutes if you wanted to wait. Various entrees and additions to select. The portions were generous. I had the new Pollo Asado burrito bowl. It was well seasoned and very tasty. Prices are moderate. We will return.

I had never been to Chipotle so I ordered a couple different burritos. I tried one burrito with just meat, rice, sauce and cheese and another that has +2 toppings and beans. Note that extra toppings or beans do not increase the price of the burrito, which is pretty cool and lead me to believe I was going to be ordering the same burrito but one would simply have more toppings and proportioned accordingly to accommodate. Pictured are the two burritos and one costs only $0.30 more than the other because it is double wrapped in tortilla. I understand that a burrito that isn't loaded with many ingredients isn't going to be as large as one that is but this is absolutely unreasonable and unacceptable. This $10 burrito is nearly 3x smaller than the other $10.30 burrito. I went back to ask why one burrito got hit with a shrink ray and they told me that they have no clue what to do with the proportions when you don't ask for extra and told me I had to select extra ingredients for a larger burrito. Well extra meat costs $4 extra so they remade my simple burrito with extra rice and.. shocker-- it just became 90% rice (also pictured). If I wanted to eat rice and tortilla I'd do that at home for $0.15 a serving. Many other places know how to proportion a burrito with the toppings you request but I guess Chipotle doesn't/ refuses to. A very confusing and disappointing experience that is in no way worth the price of admission.

Very unimpressed! This place has really gone downhill! We came here for take out last night, and after waiting in line for about 15 minutes, we're told they don't have the chicken asada. We were told it was going to be 15 minutes; so no problem for fresh food. After waiting for 35 minutes, they finally started our order. Once we got home, we realized they didn't put in any salad dressing for the salads in the bags, the lettuce was far from fresh, and the carnitas were nothing but fat. Sadly, I took a few bites and had to throw the rest away. In some defense for the staff, the place was busy, but this location was extremely messy with food everywhere on the floors, in the prep area, etc, as though they hadn't wiped surfaces for hours. Disorganized, slow, unfriendly staff, low quality food. Management really needs to step up and take some pride in this location. Sad to see a decent place with so many problems.

I ordered a chicken burrito and got sick after I ate it. I should have known that my burrito was not prepared properly. They are supposed to have all the fillings stocked in the front and let customers choose what they want to put in their order. When I was there, most containers were almost empty. Instead of replacing the empty containers with fresh food, he took my tortilla into the kitchen to put whatever was missing in the front. He did it at least twice that I remembered. He then rolled up my burrito in an aluminum sheet that was way too small to completely wrap the burrito. It was awful! I probably won't go back to that location.

Overall the food was great. The employees were very professional and quick. I took one star off because the portions seem way smaller than usual. Maybe they were moving to quick and gave smaller scoops or maybe management told them to cut back. For me that was the only reason I ever went here or got the bowls. I’m sure from time to time I’ll stop by but it will definitely be less frequent. Hopefully it was just a one off but only time will tell. The quality of the meats were great that being said.
