The sandwiches were not good at all.They got 2 our of 4 sandwiches wrong. I felt like they did not care either way. I asked for extra meat and mayo they didn't double the meat and no mayo at all. One sandwich should have been ham, cheese and bread. It had everything on it and I don't even know what kind of meat it was. Totally disappointing and disgusting!!!

Come to this subway often. Very clean inside, always see the staff wiping down items in the shop. Food ( well the sandwich I order) is more than expected most of the time. Love this place thank you everyone in there. You’re doing great. Insta @king_whoa

Was in line to get food when a bunch of rowdy high school kids started yelling and causing a disturbance. The employees handed it perfectly! Some cracked out inbreed white girl started yelling out hate speech against black people and was promptly thrown out and out in her place! I heavily applaud those employees, thank you !

Health hazard!! We saw MOLD on vegetables and pointed it out to 2 uninterested guys working there. They looked, saw the mold and threw out the pieces with mold, leaving the rest how they were!! No apologies or anything. And he was about to continue to make my sandwich. It's a joke. They don't care if you get sick! They looked so annoyed that we pointed it out. Those guys always act like they hate to be there. They don't change their gloves in between customers. Cheese is always crusty, vegetables always look old, please inspect everything a million times if you do eat there. But I would never again.

The lady behind the counter just yelled at me, because I tried to wash my hands in the restroom first, before ordering a sandwich. I am a frequent customer of subway, and this is the rudest experience I’ve ever had. Terrible customer service and completely unnecessary. I understand the restroom is for customers. I have no issue with the policy and I’ve never had a problem before.

I placed an online order. When I got home the order was wrong. I drove all the way back to have them remake it. They took the subs I brought back behind the counter (which you’re not supposed to do, for sanitary reasons, and especially during a pandemic.) They remade my subs and said “sorry”, and that was it. I didn’t get to keep my sub they messed up on as a “for your troubles” sake. No free drink, no free sub card, or anything to make up for my time and gas.
Poor customer service. Just save your time and don’t order online from this location.

Every time I order via grub hub the sandwich artists forgets the meat, and replaces it with an insane amount of pickles. I like pickles but I PAID FOR THE STEAK 😭

I have ordered 3 times from here, none of those have been great experiences, usually I'm told the order will be ready in 15-20 minutes but it's always cold like it's been sitting for ten minutes.
This time my order was kicked out to the cart, but subway charged my card, I went into the location and the manager was Zero help, seemingly because she didn't believe me "because it's not in the system" and that much is obvious since my order never completed, showed her my order, the charge and she just stood there and said that she didn't know what to do not even a customer service number or suggestion on how I might be helped.
The web site is useless but I submitted a complaint, hopefully this is resolved.
