Horrible! chicken was dried out. Threw 7 biscuits in a box with chicken that the spicey pieces were not separated. I ordered 3 mac and cheese also rice in beans. They didn't even fill them up. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line. We won't be back to this location.

The chicken sandwiches we received today were, rotten and microwaved. I had to throw it away. The chicken was discolored, and microwaved. The bread was dry, and hard (microwaved). The chicken had a tint of green. Clearly, not fresh at all. What is going on? Are you trying to get people sick?? The soda is old (flat). They aren’t replaced on time. This location should be inspected, ASAP.

One of the workers took offense to my family and I. We were polite and made no rude comments. Someone added dirt to our chicken sandwich.
These flakes are pepper nor crumbs, tried crushing one of them and it did not crumble. It’s likely plastic.

Usually good for me which is why I didn't rate lower. After about a 45 minute wait, half of what I wanted to order was out. Then my side order was almost empty...I know they can do better here.

Shrimp tackle box. Mine contained 2 chicken strips, a drumstick and a few shrimp. I think that should be all shrimp. The cashier told they were out of cocktail sauce and she said the manager thought they may have discontinued it. I waited 17 minutes on the drive thru line.

I don’t eat a lot of meat or bread, but I had a craving for a nice chicken sandwich.
Let me start by saying that the line for Popeye’s drive through was LONG. I mean, a line I would NEVER have waited in, except my husband was driving… so, we did. I have to say that the line moved quickly and food was handed out efficiently! We got the sandwich ( no pic because it’s GONE:) and some of the new chicken nuggets to share… it was all hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS!!! I’m impressed with how tasty that sandwich was and I love the new nuggets. If you are someone who does not use a dipping sauce, though, they would maybe be a little plain? Use the bbq… we did and we loved that one. Here is a pic of the new nuggets…

Food is good if you can get it. Half the time the lobby isn't open and you get stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes. Last time I came in they decided to stop taking orders right as I got to the front of the line. What fast food place says we don't want to sell Anymore food. I understand it is hard to find employees, but the places that raise pay don't have a problem.

Line is way too long.... and to get what you want takes them forever. They are constantly training a "new crew" as they keep saying and their dine in is open but you can't make an order... doesn't make any sense... This place deserves less than a star for making customers waste fas in drive through and they thinkbits ok.... all that food and still have to wait 45 mins to just make your order.... management reorganization needs to be done to this store... corporate should know that they take this long to serve customers... I seen 5 people drive off in the time it took me to turn into the drive through box.. pretty sad!
